The team at UDS repaired my laptop in 1.5 days! My external monitors stopped working after a Microsoft update. The Microsoft remote tech support group was useless. The guys at UDS had to temporarily remove the update, update the Lenovo based software, and then reinstall the update. These guys quickly fixed what Microsoft screwed up and the cost was exactly what they quoted initially. I recommend UDS for computer repairs.

Dave is the best. I work for a local independent Roofing company and every time I need anything he is quick to respond and always takes the time to answer all my questions. Would recommend to anyone needing anything to do with computer service or products.

Had a virus on my laptop computer. Brought in to UDS late in the afternoon and Rick had it removed and fixed the next day. Good service, friendly people and great value.

Great business. These guys are some of the most knowledgeable computer experts at a fraction of a commercial price tag. They are professional and always on time. Perfect example of a small family-owned business. We have used them for many years with zero complaints.

I would give this company a MINUS 20 stars if available! DON'T used this company!!!! My laptop was not working correctly. I did a "recover" back to one month previous. I have done these operations previously when needed with no problem. At any rate, the next day my computer was totally locked-up with a virus or whatever. Couldn't get anything to work. Decided to take it to UDS as it is close to residence. The YOUNG man who we gave the information to acted like he didn't know how to spell his own name! When telling him the problem, he had a very far-away look on his face and barely said a word. In fact, he acted like he didn't know how to spell "PC"!! This was about 2:30 on May 1st (Wednesday). I asked him when he thought it might be ready and he said later that day. I told him I would be coming back until the next day so don't worry. I let Thursday pass and called them on Friday. They said they hadn't gotten to it yet but would start on it that day. (I believed it was the same young man I had talked to when I left the laptop as there was a very "duh" sound to the conversation!!) On Monday, early afternoon I called them again. They said the laptop was really messed-up and they would have to do a "factory reset" on it. I am familiar with that term and always understood it would delete all files, pictures, etc. I am 75 years old and not computer savvy at all but was worried about this "reset". THREE different times during the conversation I asked him about the loss of my files, etc. Each time he said I WOULDN'T lose any files, etc. as there was a way to reset that it would be okay!!!!! THREE TIMES he assured me all would be okay!!!! I told him to go ahead and do it then. The next afternoon I went to UDS Computer to pick-up my laptop. The older lady behind the counter was also rather "duh" acting and when I turned the PC on everything was GONE!!!!!!!!!! I had to bite my tongue big time. She called the young man to the counter as I had told her it was promised nothing would be deleted. He said it was so messed-up there was nothing he could do! I reminded him I asked THREE times if my files would be deleted and he said they would be fine. He then proceeded to tell me there "might" be a way to recover "some" of the files but wasn't sure and it would take a "long time"!! As I was afraid of exploding I told them no and asked what I owed. They charged me $96 to erase everything on my laptop!! They NEVER called me with any information. I had to call them!! Yesterday a friend of my son visited. I was telling him what a dreadful experience using UDS was and I could have saved $96 by resetting to factory by myself. One thing I didn't know is this young man is in the IT business!! He was upset the way UDS handled the situation and said THEY made the mess and not me as the "UDS boy wonder" had implied!! This friend worked on my laptop for about an hour, got some of my favorite apps back where I could use them, etc., etc. He taught me how to save any future files/pictures, etc. so they would never be lost again. This company was a nightmare to do business with. Their communication skills were horrible. They never called with updates. They made promises they probably knew they couldn't keep. They charged WAY too much money for what they did. They should have paid ME for their dishonesty!! I would NOT send my worst enemy to UDS Computer!! If you decide to use their services.....know you have been WARNED!!!

I go here for everything. If they can save you money they will. They can even work on motherboards. Not a Drive Thru so do not expect your computer back in an hour. Parts take time to arrive. Love these guys!

Was passing through Denver and had an issue with my laptop. A quick Google search brought up UDS. What a great find! Even though they were obviously busy, Sheila was able to get Rick to take a look at my laptop since I was on a tight schedule. In a matter of minutes, he diagnosed and fixed the issue. It's great doing business with people who are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend UDS.
