My children attended this school for three years. There were many teachers that were so sweet and truly cared about the kids but there were others that I walked into them yelling at kids on multiple occasions. The management is AWFUL. The director had a very negative attitude with me on multiple occasions. One time during COVID she was wrong about a date but when I asked why the date was different, she replied “I’ve been doing this for awhile now and I think I know how to count.” Hours later she told my husband the date was a typo. The assistant director is notorious to all of us parents for eye rolling and disqualifying your thoughts and opinions. When my son was scratched on his private parts at school and 4 of the other kids confirmed his story, the assistant director rolled her eyes at me and was mad that I had spoken with other parents. They refused to investigate or own that it could have happened at the school and defended the kid who did it, who I was later informed was a kid that got special treatment in multiple ways. Teachers also are not allowed to teach anything that matters. My 4 year old only knew the numbers and letters we had taught him at home so “preschool” was a complete joke. It’s not the teachers fault though, it is corporate. They are also pro-all things liberal. If that’s your thing, cool for you I guess but seeing the lesbian, trans, gay, and other flags prominently displayed in the main lobby was a problem for me. It’s a day care, who needs an agenda pushed. Kids do not need that to have a safe, inclusive space. Just treat them all right and don’t discriminate on who can bring their kid:done. We got out as soon as we could after multiple moments of disrespect from admin and having constantly changing teachers for one kid and my other kid being scared of their teacher because she threw a fit, broke her tablet, and then instructed the kids to not tell anyone. NOT OKAY. DONT DO IT UNLESS SOPHIA AND KOREE ARE GONE!

I could not be more grateful to all of the wonderful women that work here. The directors are organized, efficient, supportive of their staff, and they always have a positive attitude. My kids absolutely loved their teachers. My son learned so much in Ms. Jericha and Ms. Brianna’s class. He truly adored them. Everyday he would come home with new knowledge. They worked on letter recognition and sounds. Writing their letters and numbers. They provided healthy food and playtime outside. The daycare even offered yoga and Spanish class for the kids! Ms. Ragan, Ms. Olivia and Ms. Caitlin were all amazing with my 1 year old daughter. They always comforted her and provided the best care. These ladies truly love their careers in childcare. Everyone I have come in contact with has had a positive attitude, great team work skills, and works hard to make sure the kids have a great day. I would not have wanted to have my kids anywhere else. Thank you for all your hard work ladies!

Unprofessional and all about the money...btw I noticed employees leaving reviews, doesn't that effect rating? I've seen more one stars, if you subtract the employees reviews, a little biased, don't you think...no thanks tutor time, I said what I said, when we left so did at least 3 others, there's nothing to discuss, but if I were you, I'd think twice about raising the rates like you said was happening in August because it's definitely not worth the money

Just don't! There are way better daycares in Denver. Your kids do not learn here, it's a glorified babysitting service. They never have enough teachers so your child is moved from class to class or sitting in the lobby upfront. They hired my estranged husband's girlfriend, who is still married and lives with her husband/kid. He has supervised visitation and she is one of the many reasons why. This girl has threatened me numerous times. Has left her son at home to meet my husband in hotel rooms. She hasn't even started yet. I told them she's not allowed around my child. The director claims she spoke to HR and their is nothing they can do. I asked what class she would be in to make sure she was not in his. Her response was they go through training to see where they are best fit, no one is assigned to one place. So you're telling me she could be in my sons class? That has to be a conflict of interests. I'm sorry but this women is not an example I would want around my child. Also the bathrooms inside the classroom are disgusting. Just find a better place where your child will be prepared for kindergarten.

I feel like I'm trapped in an abusive relationship because there are no nearby centers with availability because everyone has ran away from this center. I complain often. I've even spoken to an investigator and all, who reached out to me. This place is money hungry and is no good place for actual learning. Maybe great for social skills, but not actual academics. After already paying $300 per week for preschool, we were charged $75 for supplies for the summer. I am really interested in what the $75 will be used for. We were charged for another classroom that she wasn't attending. After finally complaining, now she's in the classroom that we are paying for. I wonder what other parents are just going with the flow and being cheated. Director is unavailable and also incompetent. I attempted to call corporate and no one is available to speak. I am attempting to unenroll as soon as possible and I'd suggest you not enroll.

As a first time mom sending her 14 momth old to daycare for the first time, I cannot be more pleased with this school and the staff. They're caring and attentive to my child and the other kids. They communicate well about anything with your child's behavior, bowl movements, eating schedule and sleep schedule. Also anything such as sicknesses that are going through the school or any events they have. I also really appreciate that they re direct childeren in a healthy manner, change diapers consistently and make sure every child is comfortable. I've read multiple reviews recently that I don't agree with. They're doing a damn good job taking care of all these childeren in their classrooms, I'd like to see anyone else do it better.

!Do not recommend! If i could leave no stars i would! These people do not care about the children only the money! My son changed alot going here. Teachers are abusive and they keep the teachers that harm kids there. The whole building does not know how to communicate. They don't watch the kids. Don't change the diapers for hours! This place is ridiculous! I hope this review answers some questions for people!

Absolutely love being a teacher at this site. Working with children is such an important job and doing it in a place where they are ALL about the children is nothing short of amazing. Working side by side other teachers who genuinely love what they do on a daily makes it all the better hands down!

I’ve been working at Tutor Time for almost two years. I absolutely love the atmosphere here. The curriculum is super effective and easily implemented. I’m very grateful to work with a team that genuinely cares about one another and the families we serve. Even on the hard days, the support from coworkers and leadership gives me the strength to keep it pushing. The children and families are wonderful and I greatly cherish the relationships we share. You really couldn’t find a better place to care for your children in the greater Charlotte area. Tutor Time is the best of the best!

Our daughter only attended this school for one month before we switched to a different place. The teachers in her classroom didn't appear to have any kind of control over the kids behavior. Kids were always running around, yelling, and overall just completely out of control. One of the teachers in her classroom would never speak to us when we would drop off or pick up. I even tried to introduce myself to her. Obviously, that was really unsettling since we're leaving our daughter in her care. How can you work at a daycare and not interact with the parents? Our daughters entire demeanor changed while she attended this daycare. She went from being happy and laughing all the time to being sad and more reserved. She would cry at night. She eventually told us that the kids were kicking and hitting her at school. We were told by her teacher that this occurred because one of the girls was having a bad day. Just crazy. We didn't feel comfortable with her staying there so we pulled her out even though it was going to take a month to get her into her new school, which is also in Denver. She has been SO happy there. The principal, teachers, and kids have been great.I highly suggest you stay away from Tutor Time.

We absolutely love this school and the teacher my son has been going there for 2 years now and is currently in the 3yr old room. I have all faith the take care of my baby just like if he was theres. My only issue period isn't to do with the school itself my issue is corporate charges a crazy amount for care but doesn't pay their teachers the way they should. For one child even with dss help its 163.00 a week for 4 days that is a ungodly amout if parents could afford to pay that kinda money then they wouldn't be needing help from dss. Maybe if they paid their teacher more then maybe they could keep kids in every classroom and have enough to run the school without charging outrageous amounts to care for children. You may wanna look at your pricing and evaluate it so you can keep kids enrolled before you loose quite a bit of business.

They’re not reliable at all I made 2 appointments to take a tour of the preschool so I could see how it was before enrolling my child . The first time they cancelled I was like okay not that big of a deal . Now the 2nd times a few weeks later they cancel again and have an attitude when I tell them to not bother making another appointment for me as this is the 2nd time they have cancelled .I’m highly disappointed and will definitely not be enrolling my child .

My son has been attending for about 4 months now and it has been an excellent experience. I’m a first time momma and he was home with me for the first 9mo of his life so handing him over to strangers wasn’t easy. But they have been AMAZING. I love peeking in at him on the cameras and getting pictures from his teachers throughout the day. It really puts my mind at ease.
