I haven't been to sport clips in some time. My first experience back was better than some of the cuts/ experiences I've had in the past 6 years. Chloe made the experience. I left there not only looking better but feeling refreshed. I will be back.

Whatever the wait time is they say on the website understand you need to double or triple that amount of time. A fifteen minute wait over the last 5 years ALWAYS means 30-45. Never once has it actually been 15 minutes or less.

I’ve been going to this establishment for a while and I can’t be happier with the results. Staff are extremely friendly and management is on top of everything. Sara was my stylist last visit and had me back to work on time and looking clean. 10/10 recommend

We do not have time to wait 30+ minutes after our scheduled time to get a haircut. I received a confirmed time so we were there 10 minutes before. Then I received a text that Stacy J would be 15 minutes. We were still waiting 30 minutes past that. Is she really that slow? Be accurate with your times. We don't have time to just sit & wait

Terrible reservation system. Low class stylists. Will waste your time and make you wait regardless of what app says. I'll never go back, place is awful.

Been going there for 3 years and I've always hated their system of not taking appointments. But today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Checked in around 1:40 and app told me to come at 2:12 which I did. I was 2nd in line for more than 40 minutes during which time the stylists talked instead of cutting hair and took 2 people in front of me who weren't even on the board. After 40 minutes, I just got up without saying a word and walked out. Needless to say, I'll never go there again and I discourage anybody from frequenting that establishment. Very low class.

Great haircut first of all. Stacie H did an amazing job with the fade, the hard part, and the top cut.
Customer service was also 5 out of 5. Will be back again soon.
