Who stops what they’re doing and reviews an insurance agent? Someone that values great service. Someone that acknowledges when people go above and beyond. Someone that truly appreciates the feeling of picking up a phone and calling an agent that answers and makes you feel like you’re talking to family. At the end of the day we all need insurance and we just want to know it’s taken care of so we don’t have to think about it, but what makes Renee and Mindy different is the feeling you get when your on the phone with them and they’re making sure your taken care of. I shopped around probably 5-6 insurance companies before using Renee and that was purely based on price alone, but the reason I wouldn’t ever think to leave is due to everything else I just described. Love these people! Call them and see for yourself!

I moved to Denver NC over 21 months ago. I had to transfer existing and/or purchase new policies from Allstate. I reached out to Renee’s agency and they were extremely competent and accommodating. I was able to conduct all my business over the phone without having to go into the office. I made it a point to go into the office to meet with Renee and Mindy to express my appreciation of their efficient professionalism in handling my insurance affairs.

We have been using Allstate for several years now and have recently added our 16 year old to our insurance. We called in advance to check on prices since our 6 months renewal was coming due. He was to get his licenses the month prior so we just wanted to make of any additional cost. We were told there was a grace period and we would only pay for the six months. Now we are getting charged a surprise $200 fee!! And now they are saying we were one day outside of grace period. This is very disappointing as we would have waited. They said it was just a simple mistake... Beware their simple mistakes will cost you money and the company itself seems to be okay with it as it is additional revenue for them.

Renee is great to work with and surrounds herself with friendly, helpful people. It seems most of the negative reviews here are a general misunderstanding of Allstate policies (ie, the "fine print") and concerns about auto generated messages. My granddaughter has renters insurance with Allstate and just had an issue with a malfunctioning sprinkler system flooding her apartment. Allstate has been with her every step starting with getting a nearby hotel, working with the landlord to get a different apartment and valuing the contents to provide money to buy new. Very responsive and impressive.

Allstate has the nerve and audacity to quote a tax paying American citizen over $400 for an insurance policy. Anything over $200 for car insurance a month is absolutely absurd and retarded. And I have to keep waiting to be told what my upcoming policy amount will be. They should know all information automatically whenever the previous policy is upcoming to end.
