I ordered my sub sandwiches through the app. because it makes things easier and quicker but both times they messed it up. The first time they left things off my order and put avocado that was so hard it would literally make a snapping sound when bent in half. The second time they left things off my order again but this time instead of putting really hard avocado they put old avocado which you can see below. I can't remember the guys name who works behind customer service ( tall white dude with kinda long black hair ) but when I talked with him he came off as being a little condescending and didn't really seem to care. Anyone ordering subs from this location I highly recommend you check your food before leaving the store, otherwise you may end up turning right back around to fix the problem. Mon-Fri I stay pretty busy throughout the day with work and frequently look for something to eat that's quick and easy. So when I have to stop what Im doing to go back to Publix it's both disappointing and extremely frustrating. Just like most people I value my time and my gas. It's very clear that whoever made my subs don't care about the quality of service they provide to customers.

The pharmacist is amazing. She has been going above and beyond for the last few months while these prescription shortages are making life more expensive and time consuming. The only negative is my insurance doesn’t work here but they have helped me so much that it’s still an easy 5 star.

1 star is generous. I waited while 2 employees made sandwiches for another customer. They decided to take their time and did not acknowledge me. Between the constant stares and terrible customer service, this location will never have my business again.

Yesterday I bought orange juice and a case of water that were priced buy two get one free. I asked a public employee if I had to buy all products to get the special price, and he said no, that the price would be adjusted. I got home to realize that I'd paid $7.99 for 12 bottles of water and $4.99 for a bottle of orange juice. I know what I pay at other stores, and those prices are exorbitant.Today I went again with my receipt. Hope, a girl at the customer service desk said I had to buy all products to get the special price. Then Hector walked up and said yes, you have to buy all products to get the special price. I told them that their employee gave me wrong information. They made no apology, nor offered any concession in the area of customer service, hoping to keep me as a customer. I will contact the store manager, then corporate. I thought Publix cared about their customers.

Pharmacy didn’t have my seizure medication “in stock” and “had to wait for the truck” to arrive the next day. Thank God I had just two more pills left to last one more day. I didn’t know pharmacies ran out of medications? My Dr. took my prescription to Walgreens instead, I can’t take a risk with my health with this pharmacy. They’re talking about unloading prescriptions like it’s produce.

Store is clean, bright and welcoming.The staff are helpful with questions as well as directions on how to sign up online for coupons and promos.Food is fresh and plentiful.I have been a Harris Teeter shopper, but I will be changing to Publix in Denver, NC.Bigger store, more options, and friendlier staff.

wanted to give flu shot. the lady took all my information in a form and i stood there for half an hour like a fool and she keeps giving shots to other people who even came after me. i finally asked her and she says we are still processing. i had to leave after half an hour wait and no shot.disgusting, never again returning to the store.

For starters... they had the last 4 Halloween bowls left but all of them were already damaged/chips /big ones..so ,I asked for discounts they refused to give me the LAST 4bowls they had and yet they refused to give me discounts,apparently they don't give a shits!! Not the best place to shop there for goodsFor that .. gave them very disappointing reviews

Requested COVID-19 vaccination a few days ago as I was shopping and the pharmacist suggested I 'go to the hospital to get it like he did' instead of providing it. No explanation or context. Just a flat out refusal.This is both negligent and dangerous behavior. I'm still confused, concerned and somewhat angry about this situation and wonder how many other people he's turned away.Publix has since reached out but it doesn't change the fact that this employee is causing unnecessary harm to the Denver community.

Very good pharmacy. Very quick response, they also text you if your prescription is ready. The service is very friendly and courteous.
