I had a delivery today and Bryce was wonderful to work with. He explained to me how to get around the building and line up so that he could get me unloaded. It’s a tight fight to fit a 53ft trailer around the corners but he made it easy and moved quickly to get me in and out in a timely manner! Shout out Bryce

Worst customer service experience EVER at Lowe's. Miserable Freddie Fatboy working in the PVC section couldn't keep up with his customers, couldn't stock his own shelves, and couldn't find the part I needed, even with an app. I found it. He was too damned lazy to bother to LOOK. Never mind that the store is ABANDONED by sales crew. The remaining crew is either surly, or plain morons. This fellow was just that. A surly idiot. The new model of home improvement stores is abysmal. Lowe's will NEVER see another penny of mine. I was polite the entire time, as this impotent fat ass kept getting more and more worked up, and he sarcastically made the stupid mistake of telling me to "clean up my shxx" when. Funny. I replied "It's YOUR job to stock the shelves, clean up the debris, and clean up after the customers deplete your stock. Do your JOB!" Then walked off. Hecided to have the last word, and said then don't shop here! DEAL!!! DUH!!!! What a colossal douchecanoe! I gave him the heartiest FU I could muster. The fact that her still had his job after I reported it tells m e Lowes is condoning this nonsense, and won't mind a bit if a customer is assaulted or insulted by the staff. SMMFH!

Proof that people hate those self checkout machines. Check out the guy with lumber and screws that walked all the way across the store to find a person to check them out! Boycott those self check out machines. They take away jobs and taxes from our communities. Tractor supply has people checking customers out!

Seriously, it is 7:45 pm on a Saturday evening and I was trying to purchase some flowers from the garden center. I took them to the register in the garden center to check out. Two snowflakes standing at the register said "It looks like you will have to check out in the main store because we have already pulled the cash out of the drawer!" So I drag my 2 carts of flowers to the main part of the store where there is nobody checking people out! At this point, I should have just taken my items home. However, I did self checkout and went home, not to return to this store. Who is managing this store and taking care of customers? Nobody, I guess. I do not recommend this store.

Purchased a Craftsman 3300 PSI Pressure Washer last April. Purchased 3 Year Warranty. It was on showroom floor already put together by Lowe's. Used it twice since then and noticed it vibrating funny. The Bolts holding it down to frame were missing. Not sure what else fell off. I took it to the return line. I explained what happened showed my receipt to the Associate. Showed the 3 year Warranty and I asked to either have it repaired or replaced according to the warranty. Associate there said she was just going to return it and put the money on a Lowe's card and just buy it again. I said okay. I brought the new one up and she said that after the return and added everything thing up that I needed to pay $45. I said why and she said when it gets replaced that I have to buy a new warranty. I told replacement is included in my first Warranty. Why would I purchase a new one? Eventually I got to Taylor who is suppose to be the manager. She does not even know how her Warranty works. When she came out I asked if she knew about this issue and she said Yep. So I asked her did she know how Lowe's warranty works. She said what do you mean? I went over my issue and she said the warranty is good for one use. I said so if the tire fell off or broke and the warranty fixed it I would have to buy a new warranty and she said yes. I said that makes no sense. She then realized that she said it wrong and said only if it gets replaced. The other 2 associates before her were confused as she was at first. She then went Technical on me saying that what really is suppose to happen is that I am supposed to call a 1 800 # and schedule repair. I said just give my money back. They went to do it and it was only for the Pressure washer and not the warranty which I really did not get to use. Taylor explained to me how they cannot refund Warranties. I said I did not feel like that was right. Taylor for the last couple minutes before I left seemed rushed and frustrated with me. I said just refund what you can and I will not be back. I said a good manager in my opinion would have issued the extra money needed for another warranty on a gift card or something, but even if she would at that time I would not have taken it. I previously had asked for an email of the receipt for the money returning to my Lowe's Credit Card the other associate before her was going to until I noticed the reduced amount. Now Taylor did not want to and seemed angry when I asked. She said this paper copy already shows the money is there. So I was going to check my account on my phone and she saw me doing that Iand rolled her eyes and said it will take 48 hours to show up. I said I wanted a digital copy of receipt sent to my email in which she did this time, but seemed upset. I will Definitely not come to this Lowe's again. Hate that also. It is close to my house. I might try Lowe's at another location. Richard

Rick in the Garden Center was awesome. I was looking for Shepherd's hooks and he stopped what he was doing and took me to where they were instead of pointing to where they were like other employees have done in the past. I got 4 of the tall ones and he even carried them to the front and then to my truck. You need more employees like Rick. THANK YOU RICK
