Hands down the best service and customer service you’ll get. Worth every penny. We did the Level 2 detailing and they came to my work, put up tents in the rain, it was 95 degrees outside and they worked from 11-6:30 the first day, and said it wasn’t perfect yet and wanted to come back the next day to finish. Came back the next day and worked another 4 hours. They wouldn’t even let me pay until they were satisfied with their job and let me have a final look over to make sure it was up to my standards as well before paying. It was SPOTLESS. Make sure you give them a tip because their prices are way more than fair.

Graylin was outstanding. He was courteous, prompt, accommodating and kind. Service was phenomenal!! He detailed two boats for me and helped me get apolstery redone on one of the boats. I highly recommend his business!!!

Just wanted to give a shout to Austin, Graylin, Ronald, and the rest of the Lock Down Detailing team for taking great care our family of vehicles. I've had them take care of everything from PPF on our vehicle to polishing out swirl marks and scratches, to mobile vehicle detailing and coming to our home to clean our vehicles. Graylin and other have been kind enough to drive me back to my home when they can as sometimes my wife can't pick me up after dropping a vehicle off. I certainly don't expect that, but they go the extra mile when they can. They will treat your vehicle like it's their own. They are quick to respond and provide good communication throughout. Look forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything.

This is my second truck I have taken to lock down detailing for a full detail and ceramic coating. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend their services if you want it done right and on a timely manner.

My truck turned out perfect! It seems cleaner than the day I bought it. I called with only a days notice for a quick trip that I was going on and they did everything they could to get it done in time. Will certainly not expect that again but very thankful that they made it happen. Super accommodating and extremely detailed work. Very well priced and beyond happy with the outcome, I would choose them 100 times over again.

Don't deal with these people. I purchased a vehicle from Graylin's car dealership in July. Got a 30 day tag and off we went. Graylin said he'd have my license plate "in a few days". Called after my 30 day tag ran out and was told I'd get it soon. Contacted them a few more times. His last response was on 9/11/23 that I'd have my tag by the end of the week. Still nothing...reached out a couple of times last week with no response. I find out via internet that his dealership has "permanently closed". Called DMV to file a complaint and was told "they already have several complaints" against them. Beware!!

Dropped my car off and was amazed at the finish when I came back. It had water spots in the paint and the black plastic trim pieces were faded gray.Sometimes you actually get what you pay for and LDD is a place where that is true

I met with Austin about having their shop do a full body paint correction to fix the front of my car where a construction cone hit me. He said they could fix it with a paint correction along with taking out all of the swirls in my black paint.After the paint correction, the scratches looked exactly the same along with the swirl marks. I called back and they told me to bring the car back for them to take a second look. The owner confirmed they should not have taken the job and the bumper needs painted. I asked for a refund so I could take it somewhere else and they said no. His words were, "Business owner to business owner I know you understand that I have labor in this even though we weren't able to fix it and I can't refund you." EDIT: Owner reached out and sent someone to our house to correct any issues.Decided to give these guys a go at my wife’s newly purchased vehicle that the dealership half way cleaned. Told them I wanted paint correction, interior, exterior, the whole 9 yards.They did good removing swirl marks/scratches, but there are still a lot of issues that I didn’t notice until we got home with it. Goop missed on paint from dealer logo, sap, water spots.The engine bay wasn’t touched and the interior was halfway wiped down. Tried calling them back and texting the owner to see exactly what I paid for and got no response. I was going to follow-up with my truck if this went well. Lesson learned.

I had my boat detailed by Lock Down Detailing. Really sad job and it cost me $750. Before the job even started, I asked Graylin what products he if going to use. He sent me pictures of them and assured me that they last between 4-6 months. He had the boat for longer than expected, and that was fine with me. He said, "I want to make sure it is absolutely perfect". When I went to pick up the boat, the bow was completely untouched, and I pointed out a couple other spots on the boat that had not been done. He assured me he would take care of them. I picked up the boat later that day and when I got it home, I noticed several other spots that had not been done and damage to the decals. I notified him with pictures and got no reply. 2 weeks later, I noticed that the oxidation was already coming back. (Again, I was told the products last 4-6 months) I sent him more pictures at that point. He offered to do a "Correction Detail". The boat was never done right in the first place, any more work done by them was not going to make any difference. I told him I wanted at least a partial refund. He said he would get back to be with a "Fair Outcome" The last communication from his was on May 10. He did absolutely nothing to make things right. If there is any question about the validity of my comments above, I have EVERYTHING in writing and would be happy to share the details with anyone.

Brought Graylin a 2020 2500 for paint correction. With it being a newer truck I wanted something simple to make it look new again after getting beat up by previous owner. His team did a one step paint correction and it is night and day difference. The truck looks amazing. Definitely will use him again in future.Services: Paint repair
