Outstanding customer service and knowledge base. Completely exceeded expectations! This brother duo of Jason and Joe define what makes small business so desirable and worthy of our time. While we were waiting for a screen repair, Jason proceeded to give us phone photography lessons. We will go back for more of the “not so smart” smartphone lessons.

I have been here multiple times over the years. If you need any mobile phone repair or a screen protector this locally owned business is the place to go. They do a great job repairing broken phone screens. Top notch customer service and quick repair. They always stand by their work. Highly recommended!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! My iPad went crazy and died, well no chance of living a viable life. After going to Best Buy and talking to the Geek Squad (which is exactly what they are) I was told there was no chance of recovery of ANYTHING, all was lost. I then went to LKN Repair and was told we’ll take a look. They not only recovered all my data, they were pleasant. knowledgeable and quite reasonable. If you have any problems with these types of issues, do not go anywhere else. Trust me, they are great. ????. I am writing this from workable iPad ?.

Wow! Had a sleepless night thinking my laptop crashed! Called LKN Repair Group first thing in the morning. Met with them at 9:50 a.m. - and by 10:10 a.m. I was on my way home! Jason did a wonderful job fixing my Samsung S21 ultra. Overnighted the part and phone was ready by noon the next day. Would highly recommend for cell phone repairs.

Great work and helped replace my daughter’s screen and sensor. The iPhone screen would not work or login so I could not get the $700 AT&T credit. He was able to fix it and save the day! Great work and good value for money.

Found LKN Repair Group through Google search and took a chance by the many good reviews. Needed an iPhone screen replacement and was very pleased with the service, quickness, and price. I will keep them in mind if I need any other repairs done.

These guys are the best! Joe and Jason cleaned my computer and phone last week and I couldn’t be more pleased! Professional, friendly, timely and affordable. Joe patiently answered so many questions I had and took the time to teach me some things about my phone. They will always be our first choice for service!

My wife has taken the kids iPads in for broken screens a few times in the past. She’s always been very happy with the service and price. Today, my iPhone 11 semi-froze up and I couldn’t even reboot it. I remembered my wife said how great they were so I swung by, desperate. Took him 3 seconds to get it going again. Very appreciative for his help.Edit: I went to him again for a stick button on my sons iPad. And once again he was very honest up front and directed me to the proper path to get it repaired. I am impressed with his honesty and rd never a hood day when I have to go to him, but he will be doing any repairs that I need in the future.

Went to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed and took them about 10-15 minutes which was awesome. I had them install a screen protector too. I’m impressed with the quality of work they did. I went in not knowing what to expect. And the price was decent too.

My wife’s camera lens cracked and we took it in to find out what it would cost to have it repaired spoke with the man who was there and he informed us that he could repair it for a reasonable cost. While we were waiting we decided to look around and noticed that they had new and used phone for sale so we ended up buying me a new phone as mine was well out dated, Jason was not pushy on the sale of the phone and even stayed after closing to help me understand the new phone features. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them so far and will continue to do business with them. Great people and very knowledgeable.

Could not hear phone calls when usingmy iPhone, even on the speaker. Ready to trash it. The last minute I decided to go by this business just to get it checked. Dropped it off. 4 hours later my phone was like new. Just had makeup, dust it it! $120.00 had a new screen protector, like new phone. Great business and saved me big money.!

Had a IPad screen break. Brought it in and it was replaced the same day ina few hours. About the price I expected to pay. Very friendly and very prompt service. I highly recommend them.
