No complaints on hair stylist. I didn't get the color I preferred . Was talked into something darker which didn't really make sense because I'm been high lighting my hair light for years and my hair always came out light even with it being dark. It's hair it can be fixed.. My main issue with this place was online what I signed up for said a hour and 30 minutes. Sounded about right since I usually get my whole head done with highlights haircut and blow dry in 3 hours and I got the color I asked for or pretty close. It almost took 2 hours just for the foil around my face. I had to stop the service because I had an appointment to get to and I knew it was probably going to be another 30 minutes or longer. Which isn't anyones fault but I was just under the impression it wasn't going to be that long and I could manage my time better. So just disappointed I got color but no haircut. Might want to change times on the online appointments it's very misleading. Plus Everytime I do a online appointments for this company not just this one location I feel like no one reads what you ask for or I'm just doing it wrong. I just wanted highlights around my face no blow dry and haircut. Because I knew I didn't have time to wait for my hair to dry. Just throwing this out there. The lady that did my hair was sweet just didn't like the online booking and getting talked into a color I didn't want. But people say it looks good.

1 In 45 years I have never visited a location that closes for Mother's Day.
2. Nothing posted at the store to let customers know why your closed, and nothing posted to give customer's a head's up. I shop at Publix often and walked by to check the store hour's that Fri. just to make sure your open on Sun.
3. No mention on your Facebook page about being closed for Mother's Day. My daughter was on the site before we left because they where checking your hours of operation.
So no I will not be returning to this location. This business is being ran poorly and I will instead support local business instead. My daughter can't wait for visit to Vitastyle.
Took my daughter to get a hair cut this Sunday at 1:30pm. When we got to the Denver, NC location it was closed, but the posted hours say they are open from 12-5pm on Sundays. Daughter was pretty upset as they had been looking forward to a hair cut and this was the only free day she had. Needless to say will not be going back to this location in the future.

Came here to get a touch up on my blonde balayage. Ended up being there for 6 HOURS!! bc the lady who did my hair, ended up turning orange and spotty!! I had to ask her Co worker to come and help and they both ended up doing a "color melt" on my hair so I can at least look somewhat presentable. I paid and left even though I was unhappy. 2 weeks later after washing my hair and it's orange again!!!! So I called and spoke to a manager to try and see if they would fix it out or something. Never heard back. Ended going else where.

So I give this salon 3 1/2 it was originally one star. Only because the "master stylist " Nacy, screwed up my hair. I was able to get a hold of the store owner, and miss Chole was able to save my hair for me. She was amazing, if you want to get your hair done ask for her.

I went in for just a simple trim and the stylist badgered me about a perm for a good 10 minutes. When she was getting ready to wash my hair, she talked about her family and proceeded to show me pictures of her granddaughter and her awards. 15 minutes into appointment, she wanted to show me pictures of mens hair that she permed. I kept saying, “I’m not interested” and she kept insisting I get one. After my wash, she started talking about layering my hair and I kept repeating, “I JUST WANT TO TRIM MY HAIR”. Then she finally said okay and started telling me that a nice layer would look good. When she started trimming my hair, she asked if I wanted bangs, “I said sure, just a small one”, but that isNOT what I got!!! She took a lot of my hair and made it VERY short. After blowdrying my hair and putting all these products in my hair, she teased my hair to give me VOLUME. I HATED my haircut for the FIRST time EVER! After she was done, she whipped outpictures from the 60s or 70s to show me pictures of herself!! I didn’t go in there to SOCIALIZE! I just wanted my hair TRIMMED! I will NEVER go back to this place!Service: Haircut

This was my first visit to the salon location in Denver. Chloe was AMAZING! I came in looking for some help to correct a bad haircut I received elsewhere and she came to my rescue! She recommended the perfect shade of highlights and listened when I told her the thickness I wanted. The highlights turned out beautiful and my haircut was executed perfectly. I left the salon feeling incredible and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazingly skilled stylist!Services: Hair highlighting

Booked a hair cut online with a basic stylist. Total was supposed to be $22. The only stylist in the salon was Nancy who was a "master stylist" and I wasn't told that prior to beginning the experience. This was my first time to this salon and didn't know any of the stylist or what type of stylist. Nancy proceeded to wash my hair without asking me if I wanted it cut then cut it. She didn't listen to anything I said or wanted and did what ever she wanted. She asked if I wanted a blow out and I said no thank you. She proceeded to blow dry it with a diffuser. When I went to check out she said it was $45.! If I wanted all the extras I would have checked them off when I made the appointment on line. She couldn't figure out the computer and wouldn't change it. Eventually she took off the blow out which I said no to. I had no idea she was a "master stylist". There was no paper for a receipt and when I aske when the manager would be in she said "tomorrow". I have been calling for three days and every time Nancy answers the phone and tells me the manager will be tomorrow! I am beginning to think there is not a manager of this salon! Maybe I should have asked more question !

I was very very disappointed with the hair color I got here. Actually it doesn't really look like I got color. We decided on a nice espresso shade of highlights and I barely saw any highlights in my hair. I was charged for nothing and since it was in the holiday season, I felt even more cheated.

I made an appointment with Chloe Wright and had an absolutely amazing experience. After originally taking my hair light pink I came in for a touch up to my roots. Chloe is so professional and sweet. She was quick with the bleach and made sure I was taken care of. The whole process was spectacular and the way she styled my hair afterwards was so freaking cute. Never a dull moment talking with her and she explained everything she was doing as she went on. Would 10/10 go to her again and recommend her to all my friends and family!
