My beloved son/cat Leland had been a patient at this facility prior to his final breath. The dreadful day of bringing my 11 and a half year old here to be put to rest, only got worse when I entered their doors. My fiancé had already paid for the procedure and cremation package before I got there because he knew how bad this would and has affected me. The first thing when I walked in was about payment, then being questioned about it a few more times. Lack of communication within the office. Didn’t even know the Dr who came in, she never introduced herself, wasn’t sympathetic at the least bit. Losing my emotional support baby was hard enough that day. Few days later I sent an email with my experience. Manager did call me to apologize about the lack of communication in the office. He said he hopes I still use them in the future…….my fiancé was also quoted a $30 difference vs what I was billed. When he called to get that refunded he was asked if he would want a credit for it?? With what animal??? This place is heartless. Zero sympathy card sent to me. Very disgraceful. May My baby Leland rest peacefully.

Would not take any pet .. to them .. peformed lab work on my yorkie .. her glucose levels where at dangerously high critical levels.. 677.. the doctor knowing this didn’t take it upon herself to give her a shot right then … when she should have …my dog has been a patient … for over 3 years… and it was never brought to my attention that she was a diabetic. Nor that she ever had a heart murmur

I’ve been entrusting my dog’s care to East Lincoln Animal Hospital since 2020, and although sadly we recently relocated and had to find a new vet, I just wanted to give a shoutout to the stellar care we received from Dr. Anderson. We had been dealing with a recurring issue for the last year or so, and despite relocating a few months ago, Dr. Anderson still called to check up on us and make sure my dog was doing ok. It means a lot to us that she would go the extra mile to reach back out even after we relocated circumstances ended our care with her. She is a rare veterinarian that really, truly cares for her patients and she exemplifies the caring nature of those in the veterinary field.

Brought my 11 year old cat in for some concerns, and they got me in promptly. Even when I had to reschedule due to a work error, they were very accommodating. After the visit with the very helpful staff, they called back to check on how my baby was doing and also mailed a lovely note thanking us for choosing them! I will definitely be coming back and making them our regular vet :)

Dr. DeMaster is absolutely the best! When we first took our pup (Pudelpointer) to her, she had said this was her first pup with this breed. A few appointments later she reaches out to tell me she now has another Pudelpointer and that they were interested in meeting with us to get our dogs together. Although you don't see this breed much around here, she linked us to the owners and we met them & their sweet boy this afternoon. They were truly inseparable like long lost brothers! We are so thankful for her care & how much she cares!!

We love taking Kenzie to Dr. DeMaster at East Lincoln Vet. She is so kind and takes such great care of Kenzie. Also, her assistant is extremely nice and knowledgeable. She has a great memory and is always friendly with Kenzie. We have been going to East Lincoln Vet for at least 10 years and couldn't be happier. I also want to mention the ladies who greet you when you enter the vet. They are so friendly and helpful.

They did a great job with my dog . I have a pitbull boxer mix and they treated her like a normal dog. They were very sweet with her.

Love, Love, Love this practice, especially Dr Johnston. Best vet I’ve been to. They understand fearful dogs, keep prices reasonable and are great diagnosticians.
