Got my iPhone 14 pro max turned on and an old number cancelled, paid $45. Iphone 14 pro max can’t receive calls or texts, and I can’t call or text. Worked fine for two days. Was supposed to get a new number and my number stayed the same.

Went and got a phone activated, paid $60 total. Phone was NOT activated!!! Went to another boost and the general manager said the worker at this location completely messed up!

Been unable to call out, text or receive calls from doctors all this past month. Been to stor 5 times in past month and told it was fixed but after leaving the store nothing. Been able to hook up with most apps like game but that is all. They replaced sim card today and still had issues only 2 miles from store???????????????.

We go here to get phones and accessories.The lady was fixing my phone when another lady walked in and asked a question. The qorked basically put me on the back burner and helped her for 25mins then continued with me. That's my only downfall

Since they changed ownership, it's pretty poor. The employees don't know much about the products, the store looks run down and they have slim to no selection.

Service is good and people are nice but if you lease a phone and get insurance watch out 240.00 phone they want 175.00 deductible!! outrageous!! What was I paying insurance for and why was i not told of this excessive deductible.
