“Visited this location few weeks back to create a new account. Somehow I can’t make an online reservation so I just walked in to the center.The service is excellent. I am assisted by James P. Laylor. James is very helpful in solving my problems, and he solved my problems fairly quickly. He is also pretty friendly.Overall an excellent experience. The center is also open for most days of the week, unlike some other branches in Charlotte. The center doesn’t have walk in ATMs, but they do have excellent drive thru ATM.”
