Rushed to get to the bank before 5pm. When I arrived I discovered the bank lobby hours close at 4pm. What happened to banker hours 9am-5pm ? How are people supposed to get off of work in time to make it to the bank at your hours of 10am-4pm?

I called here with a problem, the guy on the phone told me to drive there. I get there and some other man at the front desk told me he can’t do anything for me. Waste of time.

Warning, only 1 Teller at the Denver, NC location.After waiting 30 minutes in line, the manager brought over another task for the 1 Teller for someone else who came in after us.Manager said there was only 1 Teller available, even though there were multiple others in the bank standing around. Bad management needs to cross train people.The teller rudely told us we had to wait even longer to finish the extra task and ignored the complaint. So this location gets 1 star.After that rudeness. Was able to finish my transaction with no wait the local Walmart business center.

AVOID at all cost if you value your time! Every time there is a long line usually with just 1 teller!! Poor George!! Get him some help. Today took 40 minutes just to reach the teller. On average it’s about 20 to 25 minutes!! Worse B of A I’ve ever seen

I have a small business. I deposited a check on the 1st of June. Funds available June 7th. But when the 7th arrived no funds. The bank says I have to deposit the check again( no one notified me at all). Then I was assured by a liar of a manager(thanks a bunch JOSH) the check would be on the account next day. Now it’s the 16th. My business is going to shut down because of this and they don’t care to make it right. Only answer is wait til the 16th. Absolutely a sorry bank for small business. They make a mistake and you have to live with it. I have all communications and emails. Go to anywhere small enough to care about you.

The manger should be fired stood with his back to the long line of customers while the one clerk was very pleasant to each customer People don't go into the bank unless the have an unusual or multiple transactions. So it took forever to get waited onThe manger doesn't know about customer service

Went for notary with appointment. After 10 mins, notary person didnot even show up and the receptionist came and said even when the document clearly stated that it needs to be notarized, she kept on saying that they need some special space in the document to give their details. Weird! Ups does it with a charge but they dont do the same thing, i dont know why. Annoying

My husband made a deposit thru the Atm to my account last night from this location.Today there are fraudulent charges on my account..ContactedCS..and got it corrected..Now somebody at this location needs to check the ATMs.. card is only used for deposits..

Visited this location few weeks back to create a new account. Somehow I can’t make an online reservation so I just walked in to the center.The service is excellent. I am assisted by James P. Laylor. James is very helpful in solving my problems, and he solved my problems fairly quickly. He is also pretty friendly.Overall an excellent experience. The center is also open for most days of the week, unlike some other branches in Charlotte. The center doesn’t have walk in ATMs, but they do have excellent drive thru ATM.

This place is really good. Why are these others reviewing this location poorly? It's probably because they are impatient, entitled, ridiculous people. Are they shortstaffed? Yes, but who isn't today? Take a chill pill people and learn to do your banking from your phone. Geez...

Visited this location today to open a new account. The manager was very helpful and welcoming. Mandy the specialist that assisted me with opening the account was very nice and her service was beyond amazing
