Everyone is so helpful and nice. They have been very patient with me in answering all my questions when dealing with closing an estate. Could not ask for better service!

I personally would not go there to set up a business bank account. Unless you don’t care about your time because you will be there forever and it won’t be done correctly.

This is the best and most welcoming Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever been to! Kelsea is so kind and willing to assist with all transactions, even those that may be more complex than average, and does so with a smile! I’m proud to call this my local branch!

The team at this bank has helped me tremendously upon my dad's untimely death. Gita, Tammy, Jeff, and everyone else I have encountered has been extremely kind and helpful.

Wells Fargo still has significant customer relations and internal banking issues. I opened a business checking account a few weeks back. Holds were placed on the two deposits. Ok. That may be the policy. But the banker who handled opening my account never mentioned it. I also applied for a business credit card at the same time I opened the checking account. The banker typed in “Afghanistan†as the country of residence. The last I checked Cornelius has not been conquered by Afghanistan. The credit department called a week later and we got that corrected. Then there was another delay because they said they needed a Copy of my DBA. The banker made a copy during my first visit. I called the banker who met with me at Davidson and left a voice mail asking for a return call. Four days later still no return call. I have cancelled the CC application and will be closing the business account. I am confident I can find a bank that is more competent and customer friendly.

Let me start by saying how humiliated I am and no apology was made at any point during this incident. I went in with my MOTHER, because she wanted to do a simple withdrawal to deposit in my account. For no reason whatsoever the teller called her manager because we have foreign names so she assumed that either my mother was mentally challenged or/and I’m a con artist based on absolutely nothing, we are polite and respectful people that got mistreated. They even interrogated my mother separately in another office requesting me to stay outside! Again, no apology was made and the simple 5 minute transaction took way longer for no legit reason at all. I didn’t make a scene but corporate will definitely hear about this. No one should ever be treated this way regardless of their color, race or background. At least apologize after assuming so horribly wrong.

I've been having trouble with my account this week. Any time I have trouble, this is the only branch that ever seems to want to help. This time, Megan is helping fix me up really nice.. If it weren't for this branch and their wonderful team, I'd have changed banks long ago! So I thought I'd share my positive experience here. Thanks.
