“I was looking for a new Vet for my Labradoodle BLU and I luckily stumbled upon the two level Whole Pet Veterinary Hospital in downtown Davidson. The entire facility is well designed and clean, and the incredibly caring staff made BLU and I feel right at home. I have to mention that the pricing is surprisingly affordable and the wide assortment of services they provide will certainly keep me coming back.”

I decided to give main street vets a try based on all the good reviews and I am so glad that I did! We have been working specifically with Dr. Manzie and she is just truly wonderful. She listens to you about your concerns, addresses everything clear and concise. She is always so kind to me, even though I am aware that I tend to over react a lot when it comes to my pup. She is always following up and reaching out over the phone if I need anything.Also - all the techs we have seen are so sweet and caring as well. Even the front desk! Prices are very reasonable and you still get quality care from upon entering to leaving. I couldn't ask for better place to bring my pet!PS. their new location is so clean and inviting.”

“Our Dog “Pink”, had a bladder stone that was causing her to have blood in the urine and she has was straining. We were looking for a Veterinary that could do the surgery soon, where we could be in contact with the Dr., feel like a family environment and reasonable priced. During our research we came across Faith Veterinary and Dr. Davis, we took our dog for a formal check up, he recommended to have surgery done, which was the best course of action due to the size of the stone. He scheduled the surgery for the same week, The surgery was successful, and now our Dog is doing well and peeing normal.We were very pleased with Dr. Davis , he is caring, compassionate and very Knowledgeable.”

To say I was impressed coming from a small mom/pop vet back home was an understatement. But my review today comes from the love & care I received today after having to put my first pup to sleep after 15 years with him. He wa the most incredible pup and deserved the most dignified passing. Dr blackard helped me work through options & when they failed she was the most compassionate soul walking me through end of life care & giving me clarity on this decision. Unfortunately , she wasn't in today to be the one to help me say goodbye to cowboy. But Dr Renehan was. To say she treated my dog as one of her own is also and understatement. The way she spoke to me , my mom , and my pup walking us though everything and being as sensitive & loving as possible as if cowboy was her own changed my life. I didn't want cowboy to walk into the clinic as he hates being at the vet. They allowed me to do a beautiful peaceful passing out back on their grounds on a picnic table. He never was afraid. I believe in my heart that these two drs do what they do to give dog parents and their pets the most love possible during their hardest moments. Thank you for changing my life today. I can sleep tonight knowing cowboy left this world the way he lived it- peaceful , loving , and dignified.”

They treat my Furbabies like one of their own and are kind and courteous. They don't treat my babies like transactions and they give us the cheapest options for care first. “The LakeCross staff has taken care of our miniature schnauzer, Daisy, for over thirteen years. Daisy was always very particular and disliked most humans other than immediate family members. However, she was always comfortable with and accepting of the LakeCross staff. Dogs can sense care and sincerity in humans, and Daisy was very happy at LakeCross as were we. We always knew Daisy was getting excellent care there.Last night, I had the unenviable but inevitable task of laying our Daisy to rest. It was both one of the worst and one of the best experiences I've ever had with a veterinarian. Obviously, it was the worst in that I had to accept the loss of a loved family member. But there is no way the process could have been more peaceful, respectful and thoughtful.From the initial scheduling of the appointment the day before, to the actual visit, I was treated with genuine concern, empathy and professionalism.Given what had to be done, the process itself was more peaceful than I could have imagined. I was given all the time I needed and Daisy and I were treated with the best possible care.I chose to stay with Daisy during the procedure and she passed peacefully while asleep in my arms. I can't imagine such a difficult task could ever be done with any more care or professionalism.I can't recommend LakeCross and their staff strongly enough.
