Absolutely love this place! I bring my pup here as often as I can. It's a haven for dogs who love other dogs. Specifically medium to bigger dogs. She has such fun everytime we go. Highly recommend if your dog plays well with others. Plus there's a hiking trail! 5 stars!Dog-friendliness: All the dogs are super sweet and friendly.Picnic area: The dogs would probably want some but there's tables for you to enjoy your lunch.

Nice fenced-in dog park .that has a picnic table and little sitting area. It is mostly graveled with not much grass to walk on... My dogs still had a great time. There's a pipe and faucet for the dogs but must have been shut off since no water came out. There was several gallons of water in a nearby storage spot that is filling the bowl evidently. This is strictly for dogs and their handlers... No playground for kids or restrooms. This park also had a walk around trail through the woods that was relaxing and very enjoyable. I certainly would come again when I get a chance and am nearby.

I absolutely love ? this dog park in Davidson. People and dogs are very friendly there. I had some nice conversations with the dog owners that brought their dogs to Preserve. The pup I walk during the week in the mornings I brought there for a little fun and socializing at the pet parents request and he had a really good ? time running, playing, and meeting other pups to enjoy some time outdoors playing with other friendly dogs.Dog-friendliness: This is a dog park so it is extremely dog friendly.

Okay dog park. Decent size with plenty of shade and benches. This park is in a residential neighborhood, so don't expect many dogs. We came on a Friday late afternoon and no one was there, waited about a half hour and one dog came. There is a water spicket and a bowl, and tons of tennis balls to toss. The left-hand side is mostly flat terrain with the right side dipping down on a hill. Just outside of the dog park is a ~0.5 mile loop with full tree coverage.

I'm always skeptical about dog parks because not all owners recognize bad behavior in their own dogs, but I've been pleasantly surprised with my experiences here so far!! The park is a nice size, clean, and doesn't have very many visitors (which is good in my book). The dogs that have been there while I was there have been very well behaved with attentive owners! Will be back ?

Friendly folks and friendly dogs. All the good amenities you would expect at a quality dog park.

This park is alright. A bit smaller than the one i normally go to which was closed on the day I went. Its in the middle of a neighborhood but you can't really tell once you go inside the gate. Good to have an alternative.

Great dog park with a lot of woods for the dogs to play in. In the fall it's covered in leaves so the dogs get to have a great time playing in them!

I stopped at this dog park while driving through North Carolina. It was a great dog park in a perfect little town. The dogs were all well behaved and the dog owners were good company. There was even one woman who supplied me with cookies and sweet tea for my drive. It’s definitely a gem! I’m planning to stop there again on my drive back through NC

Love this place! I drive 20 mins everyday to take Nubbs here. The people are great and understand dog behavior and the dogs that come are always great! Glad we found a home for playdates

Hidden treasure indeed, this dog park isn't very clearly marked and it's a short walk from the parking area to the entrance. Over some relatively smooth grass, so not completely handicapped accessible.Entrance to the park requires registration with the City of Davidson Police Department where you'll be required to bring a copy of the rabiest vaccination certificate.Inside the fully enclosed park, there are water fountains, shaded areas, places for the humans to sit and even a hiking trail and natural area. It's really pretty darned cool.A few folks have left doggie toys for play.[Review 13409 overall, 728 of 2020.]
