Made an appointment from website, and received confirmation and a reminder text a day before. But the hairdresser was not present, which caused an unnecessary and unpleasant mess on my side before the holiday plan.

Amazing!Dalton Ledford has done my hair for 5+ years. He always has a vision and he keeps pictures of you to refer back to. I've followed him to 3 different locations and he's found his spot in Davidson in the HT plaza. The Elite Lofts Salons.

Arrived early and when texted received text back saying would start on time then texted to say would be 10 more minutes ... then texted after 15 minutes to say would be 10 more minutes. After 25 minutes I texted to cancel and stylist responded with insults and inappropriate language.
