I ask politely to print a document. (Single image invitation for my son's birthday)She asked if I can email it. She turns away and doesn't even tell me the email address.The other employee just points at it while helping someone who was behind me in line.After a long awkward pause where she is not informative about what she is doing or what is happening, she asks how many copies do you need?I say well how much will it run me? I need maybe 20.She says she can't make 20 copies of a singular image in 1 day and I will need to come back tomorrow.The first time she was confused and told me they could be ready by the date of the party!What sort of copy place is this? I'm not asking for extravagant posters or portfolios. I literally asked for 1 image copied 20 times for my kid's birthday party invitation.Very dismissive and rude. She should not be working there she didn't know what the heck she was talking about.

Excellent customer service. There was a problem with a return UPS bar code on a package that the scanner could not seize. Problem was fixed and they personally followed up with me and called me to let me know it had gone through.

Had an issue with a FedEx delivery (completely not the fault of PostNet, it was on the part of the company accepting delivery) and the people at PostNet personally tracked down the problem with FedEx and got it resolved. It is so refreshing to have someone help you in person with a situation, which otherwise would have required hours on the phone with call centers and potentially a big run around. In the future, I will handle all of my shipping business using PostNet in Davidson, so I always have this peace of mind.

Dropped off packages and was disgusted. Employees were not wearing masks, customers were not asked to, no open air or ventilation to at least keep air moving. Absolutely less than 0 precautions taken.I'll be going back to using other fedex locations that are not petrie dishes for COVID-19 spreading.

I had the best experience! I was running late and was out of business cards and Postnet was able to print my front and back business cards with ease! I am so grateful for the friendly service and how patient Lisa was with me. I often confuse pdf with png! I will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about the people at PostNet in Davidson. I went into the store in a rush to overnight mail medical records for my mother and was anxious to make sure they got there fast and safely. The staff went above and beyond - confirming the delivery time (guaranteed) and making doubly sure that the disks were well-protected. So grateful for their professionalism.

We drive from Troutman just to do business here at the Davidson location. They do the best job, timely, and quality. The sanitizers available were very adequate, as well as the staff's PPE. We will continue to come back in rain, sleet, snow, hail, plague 2020, and during Covid19. Thank you Lisa for the great posters for our band.

I always come here because it is a local business. Today I was inside and the more I thought about it the more it upset me. Everyone working at Postnet and all the people in line were wearing masks. All but one woman wearing black, coming in and out not wearing one. She was assisted and even packages taken to her caddy. Why was she not questioned or asked to wait outside? Is her business more important than the health of their other customers? I will have to start doing online shipping or somewhere else from now on. It is too bad because they are always helpful here whether shipping or notary signatures.

Had to ship a large box today (over 90lbs!). Staff was smart ,fast and professional. My new fav place to ship! Recommend
