“Monica was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to get a registration. Plus they were hundreds below the competition in Davidson (I won’t mention the name). She was friendly and even told me there was a nail in my tire! I had the tire replaced, wipers replaced, brakes replaced, and it was still the best deal in town! She was so courteous and receptive and helped me understand my options. Not every place does that. She didn’t try to rip me off, just inform me of how to be safe and get what I needed. I definitely would recommend to anyone! And ask for Monica.”
“I pulled up 15 minutes before closing with my tires almost completely flat. Sydney realized valve stem was the problem and fixed it for me himself. “It’s hard to find good honest tradesmen these days that don’t make their living off commission. Spiffy is a place you can trust with guys that have decades of experience and know what they are doing. They are honest and do not upsell stuff you don’t need. It’s a good local family shop that will get you in and out. Price wise you get what you pay for. If im not told I need 5 other unnecessary things then I spend less in the end. They’ll always do the right thing. Great customer experience, professional, down to earth real cool people.”
“Another excellent experience at Mavis. This time I was looking for 4 tires. I was given a quote over the phone. I then checked with 2 other tire companies. Not only was the price better, but I was told if I could get there in 2 hours, they would install the tires that same day. While at the shop I was reminded that I should get a 4 wheel alignment, and they gave me a nice discount on the alignment also. Once again, excellent price, quality, and service. Thanks!”
“I must have pocket dialed a 4 star review because I don't recall leaving it and I'm changing to a 5 star review. I brought in a van that no one could fix back where we moved from and wow did they do a thorough diagnostic of the vehicle. I am not a mechanic but they went through every little detail to try and get this engine running right. We concluded after they looked through old receipts, etc that this is a lost cause and unless there is sentimental value, the project is not worth moving forward with. Not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to. Thanks again guys and I'll be back with an easier project!”

“Chris helped me a while back when my van decided to cause problems. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way about what needed to be done. The tow truck company broke the back window getting my car to honest-1. Chris immediately called me and let me know, even though it had nothing to do with them. They vacuumed all the glass out for me. They went above and beyond for me. They were able to get my van up and running again very quickly as well. They made the whole process a lot less stressful!”

“The guys at Jiffy Lube were great! I had my car inspected last week! They have an air conditioned lobby/waiting area, with lots of seating and complementary water, which was absolutely wonderful because it was scorching hot that day. There’s a restroom, and a very nice, somewhat private/fenced area outside, with a bench for you to set on. They did tell me ahead of time it would take just a little bit for them to get my car in, however the wait didn’t take as long as i thought it would be!! The pricing was VERY reasonable, the service was fast, and everyone there was very respectful! I’d definitely recommend!”
