Spiffy is a place you can trust with guys that have decades of experience and know what they are doing. They are honest and do not upsell stuff you don’t need. It’s a good local family shop that will get you in and out. Price wise you get what you pay for. If im not told I need 5 other unnecessary things then I spend less in the end. They’ll always do the right thing. Great customer experience, professional, down to earth real cool people.”
“Another excellent experience at Mavis. This time I was looking for 4 tires. I was given a quote over the phone. I then checked with 2 other tire companies. Not only was the price better, but I was told if I could get there in 2 hours, they would install the tires that same day. While at the shop I was reminded that I should get a 4 wheel alignment, and they gave me a nice discount on the alignment also. Once again, excellent price, quality, and service. Thanks!”

“I must have pocket dialed a 4 star review because I don't recall leaving it and I'm changing to a 5 star review. I brought in a van that no one could fix back where we moved from and wow did they do a thorough diagnostic of the vehicle. I am not a mechanic but they went through every little detail to try and get this engine running right. We concluded after they looked through old receipts, etc that this is a lost cause and unless there is sentimental value, the project is not worth moving forward with. Not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to. Thanks again guys and I'll be back with an easier project!”

“Chris helped me a while back when my van decided to cause problems. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way about what needed to be done. The tow truck company broke the back window getting my car to honest-1. Chris immediately called me and let me know, even though it had nothing to do with them. They vacuumed all the glass out for me. They went above and beyond for me. They were able to get my van up and running again very quickly as well. They made the whole process a lot less stressful!”
“The guys at Jiffy Lube were great! I had my car inspected last week! They have an air conditioned lobby/waiting area, with lots of seating and complementary water, which was absolutely wonderful because it was scorching hot that day. There’s a restroom, and a very nice, somewhat private/fenced area outside, with a bench for you to set on. They did tell me ahead of time it would take just a little bit for them to get my car in, however the wait didn’t take as long as i thought it would be!! The pricing was VERY reasonable, the service was fast, and everyone there was very respectful! I’d definitely recommend!”

Super fast oil change, no pressure sales, and they did my inspection which I forgot was due in September. Easy peasy!”
“All these places do the same thing, what sets this location and company apart is the level of service. If you can, ask for Evan. He was upfront and honest but not a pushy salesman like most are (trust me, I’m in sales myself). I was in and out in 10-15min. It would’ve been quicker but we were just enjoying good conversation. I will be back here even though it’s a good 45min from my house because of Evan.”

“I have a Ford Fusion and had some open recalls. I called the office and spoke with Sydney in the service department and she was extremely polite and friendly. My appointment was scheduled and as time went on, I got my schedule mixed up and came in the day before my appointment. They were accommodating and allowed me to drop off the car even though my appointment wasn't for the next day. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. Will continue to be a Ford customer because of this!”

“I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED that there was 4 very capable young ladies working at this establishment and one was the BOSS. They did a fine job, they also replaced my WELL WORN air filter. Unfortunately for me it took a little longer because they didn't have the correct air filter for my 22 year old not overly common vehicle (2002 Ford Focus ZX5) but wasn't surprised because I couldn't find it at Walmart. They were able to get it quickly from a O'Reilly's that was blocks away. Other than that everything went smoothly, they checked my other fluids and informed me about a possible oil leak from my manual transmission. I would say it wasn't CHEAP but LOTS cheaper than another engine especially when after checking my mileage after that day's trip of 70.2 miles I got over 37mpg which I thought was PRETTY GOOD for a 22 year old car with 210,000+ miles on it and I wasn't POKING ALONG. I was trying to see what my mileage was so I was trying to keep my speed down under 70mph but it easily speed up over 70 so between the GREAT MILEAGE and it's willingness to speed I know my engine is running GREAT which makes me a HAPPY CAMPER for a car that I have less than $1500 in it after doing a few needed repairs and maintenance. That's less than 4 months car payments and less money for property taxes.??”
“Brian the store manager assisted me with my oil change. He was really helpful and he was explaining to me everything that he was doing. What I liked the most was him showing me my filter and he said if you want we can change it but you can change on your next visit! I did feel like he was pushing me to buy and I loved that! I 100% recommend this location”

Everyone was friendly and polite, service was quick, and the price was very respectable for 2 new tires. I was in at 9:55 and done by 10:27!!! Everything went great and my new tires are just as expected”
