I had an appointment scheduled at 9:40am and 9:50am for my 2yo and 4yo for their flu shots. After coaxing, crying we got there at 9:44am. No one was around when we came to check- in on the kiosk. As we were waiting another girl came in about 10 mins after us. We kept waiting about another 10 mins and the patient and nurse practitioner, came out of the exam room. We waited a few more minutes for her to clean the room and prepare. While she out of the room she spoke to another lady who was checking-in. The lady made small talked with the NP and said “Are you Traci? My husband saw you yesterday and you were awesome.” She then called the girl to come in who checked-in after us. I was thinking okay this is odd but maybe her appointment was before us. As we waited, the kids, who were anxious about getting a shot in the first place, my husband and I decided to distract them by walking around CVS and after buying some toys we went back to wait in the small waiting area. I asked the lady who had chatted with the nurse what time her appointment was. Since it was now 10:30 and we were still waiting. She said it was for 10:20am. I was thinking okay great we will be next. It was now about 10:34 Am when the nurse and the patient who had checked-in right after us finally emerge. She cleaned the room and then seemed as though she was finally ready to take us but then called the lady whose appointment was at 10:20AM. I said ma’am we’ve been waiting here since 9:44am. It clearly says we are next up on the screen why are you taking this lady first? Her appointment is well after our 2 appointments. The nurses practitioner said we had not been waiting in the waiting area the whole time and that she couldn’t take us. The nurse then lied and said she called our names but since I was there both times her door opened she never called our names. Even the other 10:20am patient said “they were here first please take them.” The NP responded that she would not take us since we weren’t right there and were walking around. Is this even a policy? The other patient that was there was walking around too, I told her. This was clear discrimination against a mom with her 2 young children. Minute clinic why even have appointments for young children if you are going to have nurses that discriminate against them?! Totally not a kid friendly person or place. Just an absolute awful experience. I was on the verge of tears because I couldn’t believe how this nurse was treating me. Since I was almost crying and the kids were getting upset, my husband told us to leave. I will never go to a minute clinic again because of this. Please review the store security cameras to see the blatant discremenation of this employee. You will see I was watching and waiting the whole time. This NP does not reflect the friendliness and professionalism that CVS is about nor does it reflect our small town of Davidson’s values of caring for others.

Brought my son in for a Covid Rapid test, when scheduling an appointment it states results by end of the day. The nurse tech at the Davidson location was SUPER nice, after submitting the sample she told us she would call us in around 40 minutes with the results. 24 hours later and multiple phone calls, still no results. Looking like another 2 days my son is out of school and I'm home from work, I really hope we receive the results by the end of today....

Marketed as a walk-in clinic but they don’t actually take walk-ins. Not very nice about it either. Go elsewhere!

There was a clerk who followed me around because I wasn't wearing a mask. When I checked out, she wouldn't ring me up and she had to find someone else. If she's so paranoid, perhaps she should just stay home. Never going back.

Long waits for prescriptions i was told was "ready", by text. Also had to wait for 10+ minutes several times before giving up.

This review is for the minute clinic I brought my daughter in complaining of symptoms of a cold and told the doctor on duty that maybe it was strep throat, I was told that she didn't think so but she could send it off to be tested that I could so I said OK. I was never informed that there would be an additional charge for that service as she said it's very nonchalantly but I received one for $125 mailed to me.

A few years ago the staff and pharmacy here were pretty terrible. However, I've returned back to this CVS due to convenience and there's a huge difference. The staff is friendly and helpful. Biggest improvement is the pharmacy! Impressed each time I've returned at how attentive and willing to assist customers these guys are.

First waited way too long for it to be called a “minute clinicâ€. Nurse gave unfriendly looks from the beginning and also never diagnosed me with anything, told me “everything looked normalâ€. Two days later I went to my real doctor and they diagnosed me with a double ear infection within seconds along with a sinus infection. MinuteClinic is a huge waste of time and lacks any real knowledge. Don't go

Had a very positive and pleasant experience at the Davidson location after a nasty experience at the Cornelius location.

Best customer service anywhere. Both the retail and pharmacy department are friendly, helpful and engaging. They will go out of their way to help their customers and are kind and courteous to everyone regardless of race, gender or appearance, including socio-economic status, special needs, children & the elderly, especially. Markus at the front register, a young man with very light blonde hair & a calm voice, who seems to have a laid back approach & which I appreciate because it is very soothing & not the least intimidating or obnoxious, much less anxiety provoking; yet is nonetheless keenly aware of everything going on in the store & everyone coming into & out of it which he manages to let be known in a non-threatening & non-offensive manner, so that if you are simply an honest shopper, you feel safe & looked after & whereas, I would imagine, if you are not, pickup immediately on the fact that he is watching like a hawk & will not hesitate to take you down if you try anything under his watch - hopefully, the not-so-safe sort get the message & they must because I've never seen anything in the papers about this location whereas others in our area get quite a lot of activity associated with their locations! Markus recently did me the biggest favor and stayed very late to help me with a problem. He couldn't have been better, kinder or more compassionate, even though I was the one who had made the mistake & was consequently putting HIM out. I'm extremely grateful to this young man for his time & effort. My only complaint would be that when I went to notify corporate I have his outstanding effort they were not her receiving calls or even a large for messages and there was not even a particular number or extension or email or website link for making such. A sign on the door with a phone number that then lead nowhere was all. I contrast this with their competitors like Rite Aid or other retailers in general like the gap, as well as fast food restaurants, like Hardee's. While it may be rare for someone to give feedback these days directly to an institution & its directors or those responsible for HR & the like, it ought not be a lost cause. This young man deserves special recognition & with his superiors especially. Otherwise, how might he & those like him be expected to ascend the corporate ladder, or move along in his career, whatever it may be? Certainly, employers are not considering yelp reviews when giving their annual reviews and bonuses, or are they? Well, Markus and fellow CVS Davidson, North Carolina store & RX staff, I certainly hope they are, because you all deserve acknowledgement for a job well done. Keep up the great work!

The staff at the minute clinic went above and beyond to diagnose me. I cannot thank them enough for working with the staff at other clinics to be sure they provide me with an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

If they estimate a 30 minute wait, you'll be there for 2 hours minimal.
