Lex McPherson is the name of the mechanic that works at AAA. He not only diagnosed the problem, he also was able to instruct me on how to contact the dealership to get the issue resolved. He literally saved me close to $10,000 in repairs, as this turned out to be a design flaw in the engine. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The man knows his engines.
