He’s been knowledgeable, patient, and has taken care of my shopping needs for each house and stage of life I’ve been over the past decade! You can’t say that for many sales people! “Bought another Hot Springs Envoy from Jason at Fun Outdoor Living. We finally ended up selling the lake house and building another home nearby. As usual the timing in building a new home is everything; especially squeezing in a hot tub delivery right before a backyard pool starts. Jason worked great with us on the the deal and the delivery, even after throwing him a curve ball at the last minute. His delivery guys were quick, efficient and clean. I'd do it again!”

“My husband and I had a very good experience at the Cococo location in Nashville. The furniture in their show room is beautiful and when you sit on any of their pieces the high quality is obvious. In addition, the purchasing process was pretty refreshing in that there’s no pushy sales tactics or round and round negotiating. Lilli was very knowledgeable of their products and was able to suggest options based on our stated priorities for a couch. We won’t receive our couch for a few months so I cannot comment further, but if the quality is the same as what we saw in their showroom it will be another 5 stars. I’ll comment again when our couch arrives.”

“I recently purchased a sofa from this store, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Despite the mixed reviews I read before making my purchase, my own experience was excellent.
Firstly, the price was significantly lower than Ashley products, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sofa. The delivery was on time, and I received the sofa exactly when they said I would—within 3 weeks. The communication from the owner (Chris) was prompt and helpful; whenever I had a question or needed an update, they responded quickly.
I understand that there have been some negative reviews about delayed responses and delivery issues, but in my case, everything went smoothly. I think it’s important to remember that not every situation is the same, and sometimes patience is key. The store may be busy, which can affect response times, but that doesn’t necessarily reflect the overall quality of their service.
