At Davidson Family Medicine you don't feel like "just a number". They are friendly and accommodating. I had a same day appointment and had written down the wrong time for my appointment and arrived an hour late. They worked me in anyway. How many practices do you know that would do that?? I have finally found the right fit of my health needs.

I definitely love my primary care doctor, Shannon Roche - her and her team deserves 5 stars over and over and over. However my experience as a whole over the past couple of weeks while i’ve been sick, and my doctor has been out sick, has made my opinion of the practice shift drastically. I’ve been feeling bad for over a month now and the different doctors I’ve seen have just continued to change my antibiotics. I’ve been asking for blood tests my past 3 visits since my primary care doc was out. Finally it was granted to me. A nurse spent well over 10 minutes pricking my finger for a rapid test (that she couldn’t figure out) and looked at me and said that she was struggling because I seemed anxious and in turn I was making her anxious. I was obviously entitled to anxiety - she spent 15 minutes squeezing blood out of 2 different fingers. I told her she was a professional and she had to pull it together. She was very nice, but professionally clearly had no idea what she was doing. I also think she messed up my paperwork because I had a 9:30 appointment to get blood drawn and the paperwork was never put through. Finally after waiting 20 minutes this morning I finally went up to the desk to find this out. I wasn’t seen until 10am for a 2 minute blood draw. All this aside, the team on the third floor is amazing. Anytime I speak with the receptionist on the third floor she’s always helpful and kind. I can’t say the same for some of the other receptionists. Dr. Roche and her nurse are fabulous. I really adore them and can’t say enough positive things about my experience with them specifically. I’ve also had a great experience with Nicole Desantis. I love my care team here but I have been disappointed with administration lately.

I first met Dr. Roche when I attended several of my husband’s office visits. She is an understanding and compassionate doctor. Since then, I have seen her several times when my own doctor is unavailable. She really listens to you and is reassuring and kind.
I have complete confidence in Dr. Roche.

I love your practice! I drive 1 hour to get there to see Dr Roche. She really is the best physician I’ve ever been to and I’m 62 years old. She has helped me so much. I have brought my whole family here. It’s definitely worth the drive’
