“Though I can’t speak for the services they perform (though I can assume they’d be great) I can speak to the type of business they run. While my car was in for an inspection, a working accidentally backed it into another car on the lot - of course not ideal but accidents happen, everyone’s human. But the owners at Mooresville Service Center went above and beyond to take responsibility and make it right, covering the cost to repair and providing transportation in the meantime. What can still be called an inconvenience, they made the fix as easy as ever, and without me having to pry or beg, a rarity nowadays. I would 100% trust them still for any future service based on this.”

I had a sound that sounded just like a bad wheel bearing but was told by two other shops that it might be the transmission. “Brought car in to have my tire checked for a slow leak and to rotate my tires. They patched my tire and told me that because of the ware of my tires it wouldn't do any good to have them rotated, I needed some new tires. My neighbor told me the same thing over a month ago so I knew he was telling me the truth.They also did a complete inspection on everything on my car and gave me a printed report of everything they had done. No charge. I'm so glad I decided to make an appointment with Woodies, although I had to wait a couple of days..I have used Woodies several times over the years for my cars.Service: Tires”
