“Today, August 1, 2024, I spoke with Ms. Kim Sprague who was polite, courteous and patient. I had many questions to which Ms. Sprague answered without hesitation. She was informative and provided meaningful options.
This was not the first time I needed her help, and each time she was pleasant and knowledgeable.
