Just got done with my new home inspection with Gary and Tom! Thorough and detailed doesn't begin to describe the home inspection they did! I was able to know all of the ins and outs of my new home! Things that needed immediate attention or could go at the bottom of the honey do list. I was able to ask questions and get opinions from them! Top tier job guys! Thank you so much! I will not use anyone else in the future!

The Red Roof folks were able to come out quickly and they did a thorough job. O shared some concerns that I had and they paid extra attention to them. During the walkthrough Gary was patient and explained everything carefully to my wife and me. CAn't recommend them enough. I've bought a few homes and this was by far the best organized and best value.

Gary and Tom are phenomenal. This was my first time with a home inspection and they were very thorough in their review of the house. They took time to walk me through all of their findings, answer my questions, and made some helpful suggestions about how to deal with some of the things they found. They were very personable and easy to deal with, as well as prompt, efficient, and organized. Their report was extremely professional. Most of all, they took the anxiety out of this process. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them the next time I buy a home.

Gary and Tom both did my home inspection and they were wonderful! They were very professional, detailed, super friendly. This is my first time buying a house and they took their time to go over everything that I would see in the report. Buying a house can be overwhelming but they answered all the questions I had and made me feel at ease, and more knowledgeable by the end of the inspection. Gary has been extremely good to work with. His inspection was thorough. Gary came back to the property a second time because the seller had not given access to some areas. My buyer is out of state. Gary told the buyer he would come back at no charge and go over anything in person once they came to North Carolina. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Red Roof Home Inspections did an excellent job inspecting my home. From the roof to the crawl space, Gary and Tom were on top of things. I was given a comprehensive list of all things wrong with the home. Don't expect any inspector to find every issue. Mine had issues that were unseen. So, be prepared for what the inspectors can't find.
