Booked appt at Dallas NC branch for notary services for my 90 year old mother. After taking off work and getting people lined up to help me lift her into wheelchair and car, was told they did not offer notary services. THE WEBSITE SAYS THEY DO UPON APPT WHICH I HAD. Should have called me to let me know not to come but they didn't. Was told they would call another location to make yet another appt.No thanks.

All the tellers and bankers are very nice and kind. I was greeted with friendly smiles and Damien helped me with everything I needed so that I was in and out with no problem! This bank has given me so many issues in the past but I was pleasantly surprised with my last visit!

I never really go inside the bank, I usually just use the atm. This is the only Wells Fargo location near me. My issue is that when you go to deposit items in this atm, the money or checks you’re putting in gets stuck somehow where you put it in at. I managed to catch it one time so it wasn’t a big deal. However, my boyfriend deposited money for me yesterday (he was in the drivers seat) and $200 got stuck and went unnoticed until I checked the deposit online today. There’s not much that I can ask be done aside from fixing the atm, which sucks because I’m still out $200 due to a faulty machine.

I have been with this location for years that will change soon .Wells fargo continues to hit me with hidden charges and fees on a separate spending account card I have set up with them I wil be moving all my money.customers beware if you use Wells Fargo make sure you check your statements for all their hidden scams.

SO FAR..... SINCE THIS BRANCH FINALLY OPENED BACK UP !!!!!THANK GOD !!!!! HAS BEEN GREAT AT THE DRIVE-THRU..... I GAVE IT A (3 STAR)...... ONLY BECAUSE OF THE GREAT TELLER'S FROM THE PAST..... BEFORE THE VIRUS ??? I HOPE WELLS FARGO HAS GOTTEN RID OF BAD UPPER MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES,, THAT HAD STAINED THIS COMPANY FOR YEAR'S...... SO..... I'M GOING TO GIVE THEM 1 MORE CHANCE..... GOING TODAY.... HOPE THE GOOD PEOPLE ARE AT THE DRIVE-THRU.....ILL HAVE TOO WAIT TILL EVERY THING OPEN'S BACK UP BEFORE I GIVE ANOTHER REVIEW....

I have never had a pleasant experience with the tellers inside the bank. Every time I have visited they have attitudes as if you're ruining their day. Each new customer that walks in gets an eye roll and a fake customer service voice "uhm can I help you"

I love this bank, the tellers are always so nice and helpful. I don't live close to this location at all but will travel the distance just to come here. They are always available to help you with any problem or question you have. I always recommend this specific bank to everyone.

All of the tellers here are very helpful and treat you like you're their best friend! Very lovely branch. I will go out of my way to come here as opposed to a closer location.

The black lady that was there yesterday was SO NICE! I couldn't have asked for someone nicer. She helped me get a bank account with Wells Fargo! She treated me like family and in today's world, we need that. Thank you for just being a genuine & kind person.

I brought a check that was from their bank for them to cash. They made me wait to speak to a guy about opening an account before they would cash it. The wait was 15 mins.
