Apparently, this car wash is known for ripping people off according to the reviews. I purchased the $6 "Good Wash" and when my bank was charged, the transaction was for $10. Tried calling the number on the Google listing and no one answered. Someone finally answered and when I asked if they were the owners they hung up on me. Will be disputing this charge on my CC since they are clearly scamming people.

Just beware. The car wash is excellent. I asked for a car wash. The attendant asked if I would like unlimited car washes for a month at $16. I said yes. They charged me $20 for 6 more months. I didn't catch it until the 4th month. I never agreed to a monthly subscription. I never wanted one. Apparently I'm not the only one with the issue. The people that worked at the location had a flyer about canceling. The instructions didn't work. The website the voicemail sent you to didn't work. They charged my card without my permission. The customer service person who called me back was kind but offered no way to help with all of the unauthorized charges.

Used this car wash and paid with credit card. Guy at the kiosk said I could pay $16 and get free washes for the rest of the month. What he didn't tell me was that I was signing up for a monthly subscription which I am now trying to cancel. I won't be going back.

I stopped by this car wash and wanted a basic wash. Manager was working the machine and told me for 16.95 I could get unlimited washes for next 30 days. I accepted and went about my day. 3 months later I'm reviewing my bank statements and noticed a recurring charge from Quick n clean. He never mentioned I was agreeing to a monthly service. Luckily I found my receipt and noticed on the receipt it had "Travis Coker" as customer name. I have no idea who that is. He never took my info or had me sign anything. Make sure they aren't screwing you over or unknowingly signing you up for memberships. Cancelled it immediately.

Left this car wash with a completely damaged bumper. At this location, multiple bumpers are consistently pulled off from their faulty equipment. This was my first time going here. Please look at the reviews. I've been to multiple carwashes prior. A $10 carwash turned into over $1000 in damage. The workers are dishonest & tried to act as if nothing happened. I had to go and find them. Thank God I did. Two men damaged my bumper even more, slamming it on and kicking it while soap & water was on it, thus leaving cracks in my bumper, & improperly putting it back on. They were panicking. I've never seen anything like this. Afterwards, they refused to follow protocol, nobody gave me an incident report sheet. Instead the man tried his best to get me off their property. Banging on my window to leave. I had to contact the police & refused to leave. This whole experience was eye opening at how bad some of these businesses are. This is a bad & janky business. I left with damages as well as my ten dollars gone. Nobody wanted to reimburse me. The workers were so disrespectful. The district manager N.A. even hung up the phone on me. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this company. Save your money. Their equipment is faulty & their workers are liabilities as well.
