I have personally never been in a store where I felt personally attacked over a phone.
Not only was the woman, Adri if I remember, was rude and extremely pushy.
I wanted to just come in and pay my phone bill. Getting met with multiple attempts to make me buy a useless product (I understand that it's probably a company policy) but being completely unprofessional about it is beyond me.
Not only that, I felt as if I was put aside versus the Spanish speaking customers, I did feel their was a rift within how I was treated based on that and lastly her attitude still drives me. Honestly worst store, planned on switching to a different phone company and this did it.

I must say Kadasia was amazing, the customer service, her smile and just pleasant overall. I was in the store 15 min and out, I will definitely be back just because of her. Kadasia you made my daughter’s birthday extra special. Many blessings to you, keep being great!!!!!

I walked in I was greeted nicely and politely by kadaisa and I told her my situation and what was going on with my phone. She looked into the situation and actually solved my problem and got back my phone working. I just want to say it was the best customer service I have received from going to three metro pcs stores today. I just want to say thank you again kadaisa for all your help.

One of the worst METRO stores I been to the stagmff is terrible, the manager is awful. They screwed me on the phone and the tablet and when I confronted them they flat out told me I never bought there and on the phone they both called me a liar. I have two lines and because the phones didn't work right I was promised by the manager that I would get two replacement phones and that never happened then I noticed the phones sold to me were 10 years old and in fact they were not brand new pho es I called METRO the the main number they are investigating this store I called the owner and he hung up on me this is unacceptable

I will NEVER do business at this location again. The young man that works here is ridiculous. Apparently metro policies do not apply at this location. I asked for a number for the district manager and was told he is working in GA and I can't bother him. When reminded this problem is work related he told me the store is now closing because the system JUST went down. I have filed a complaint with metro. Please do not do business here...

Do not go Here I was treated very unfairly and jose the new hire trainer was very rude he canceled my transaction after I called another store to help him because he did not know what to do and was alone and said he could not call his boss or another store hr told me to leave and said that he was not going to help me this was the worst experience I ever had

Soo I like this store way to much and I see a review saying they bought something and read the receipt saying they can return it but I was just there today and saw my receipt and look what I found . It said it can't be returned if product is is damaged so ima guess something was damaged and they just being petty because they can't read ?

I bought a wireless charger there for my S23, it should work perfectly, which it didn't since the charging was too slow and the device itself says that it was not advisable to use it, I tried to return it the next day and they told me no. I could since the product was used, I read the metro return policy which said that it could be returned as long as it was within 14 days, which had only been 1 day and they did not want to give me a return, the product was in perfect condition. everything in its packaging correctly as it was delivered to me and even so they did not want to give me my return, what happened at that moment was very unfair and disrespectful on their part. They tell me that the store's policy has changed and that in all metro stores the policy applies but in that specific one it does not apply, that is how they are going to tell me that it does not apply there and that they have changed but when I read in At no point does it say anything regarding a change in policy or that the policy does not apply to this specific store ???!!

This place has awful customer service!I'm a business owner and have used Att for 5 years. I was interested in adding a business line to my personal plan that I have had 5 years as well. A lady sold me a new phone and a unlimited plan. I paid $120cash. After trying to port over my number for 2.5 weeks and calling customer support; I decided to cancel the line and return the phone. Being the phone was never used. I took it back to return and the young man at the desk acted like he didn't want to help me. Saying you can't return the phone and I'll have to check on the line.After he called someone, he rolled his eyes and said I'm being transported again and I'm not sure if I can help you, I have other people. He then hands me the phone to handle my own issues.The lady then tells me they're are no refunds on this. We are prepaid and return and refund is same Day! So I was cheated out of all the money and a new phone!Metro just lost a Good customer!And the lady that took my money, should have ported my number over at the time of my sale.Small business owners, cannot afford to eat this type of service.And lastly, I was without a cell line for 2 weeks because of Metro.

She was very nice and very patient and helped me with what I wanted to buy and got it done with no issues and very professional and they always have great customer service I would highly recommend to anyone

not even 5 mins ago the lady that answered the phone had a very rude attitude. Because of her metro will be losing long existing customers.
