This company steals from customers. I had my vehicle towed from highway to friends home. The driver stole my automatic jumping cable box as well as tire pump he also cut zip ties that was in place to hold glove compartment closed to go through inside to see if it was anything else he could take. I don’t appreciate you talking my money for the tow and stealing from me at the same time. I’ll rather pay the extra 25 for another company next time before I use these cheap thieves

My husband Pat just left this place. The " female" working doing the inspections tried to charge him $ 50.00, which is illegal. $30.00 is the maximum price you can charge for an inspection in NC. I'm sure DMV will hear about this!

This is where your car gets towed if it's in an accident on one side of Gastonia. As junkyards go, it's about what you expect. If you have to go see or clean out your car there's going to be mud and rocks. Also they charge a storage fee. I'm sure they bill this to the insurance company, but in my case I would have ended up having to pay it. I had no idea it was accumulating and when I asked a question it was $800. I'm going to end up giving them the title to my scrapped vehicle instead.

They are straight up breaking the law. They impounded my car at 7:42pm on 12/20 and charged me Two days worth of storage when I came and got my vehicle out at 11:20am the next day. They also try and charge you a gate fee which is also illegal during business hours! They say it’s all legal charges but they also tried saying they can’t release your car at night once the office is closed which is also illegal.

I would not advise anyone to take their vehicle to this garage. My son knew him from younger days and thought he could trust him. He took his jeep to him for repairs. They called and said it was ready. My son was working, so I took him $660.00 and told him to leave the keys under mat n my son would pick up after work. My son cranked the jeep n drove out onto the hwy. and his vehicle was doing the same thing as it was when he took it. He pulled it back into parking lot and called Gary the next a.m.. He told him they would look at it. Then he called him later n told him they couldn't fix it to take it to Currys transmission shop in kings mtn. He asked him about his money and was told that they couldn't give it back. Had to pay Currys, but they did a super job. Judgement Day is coming soon, and I wouldn't want to be in Garys shoes!

Wanted a engine rebuilt. Too sum it all up, gave no reciepts, had me sign no paperwork. just spray painted engine. charged me $1630 and another $125+ plus dollars trying to win in small claims court. Had 4 certified mechanics look at the car and said none of the bolts of have removed in a long time. and top was just spray painted. Karma.

Daniel D. is right, DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS. They towed my car to their shop and kept it for almost 2 weeks and still didn't fix my car. They changed out 3 parts on my car without even notifying me and not to mention the parts they changed were still good. They charged me for the parts, so I picked my car and took it to a different mechanic. Here's the kicker; they killed my battery and I had to buy a new one. One lesson learned.

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. I got an accident on highway 85. Police came to the scene and called this tow service to tow my car away. They want me to tow to their body shop so they can charge storage fees to the insurance company and can fix my vehicle. I refused and asked them to bring the vehicle to my home. At my home, they asked me to pay fully in cash!! I paid them and asked them to give me the receipt. They said they will give me right away. But when they get the money already, they jump to the truck and run away. I phoned them right after that. They said they will send the receipt to me, but they did not. I called them again and they said I have to go to their shop.
