I needed a small storage unit, and they had it available. I called and got all the information, I worked with the site manager Christie and completed all details via phone and email. I am very happy with my experience and small unit. As for entering the site after hours, I was clearly informed of the process on how to proceed. I would recommend checking this storage facility and the site managers are experienced, helpful, and friendly!

Ez Store N Lock Dallas NC is easily the best facility I have rented (and there have been many) from the ease of access and cleanliness to the Fantastic above and beyond approach Christie has infused into the site including answering the phone after hours, weekends, and I believe I had a gate code issue on a holiday that she has helped with. All in all Christie and her team have made this Storage site the one that I will recommend and use as a comparison for any I may use in the future. C. C.

Christy at EZ Storage is very helpful anytime I call her. We've stored our things there for going on 2 years now and we haven't had any problems there. They will work with you any way they can. I highly recommend storing your things there

I have been renting here for 25 years or longer. The staff has been great at helping me out whenever I needed it. I couldn't find my keys and Christie was there to the rescue to cut my locks so I could get in my unit. She is always cheerful when I call and professional to go along with her positive personality. Christie and the rest of the staff keep the place running great and smoothly.

I've rented storage buildings in the past. I now have another one, Christie has been fantastic helping me with any questions I've had. Recently the pull down rope broke on the door to my unit. I let her know, she had it fixed super fast. Very much satisfied with the service Christie has given.

Very helpful staff friendly easy to get along with. Without these 2 ladys this place would not be worth renting from. The facility has larceny on the rent by going up and down on people but staff is very helpful the parking is not worth it cause your limited to how you use your space and the lady helped me out but future reference I would have just got more units so for all reading reviews think twice on parking and look to units ..

I was needing to get something from my unit but it was after hours and it will not let you inside the gate, but I was able to text the manager and within a few minutes she returned the text with a temporary code and I was able to get what I needed. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the unit was beside a unit that had lights on the unit and figured it would be on when it was dark but the whole set on the building doesn't work and it looks like it is newer lights but you definitely need to have a few flash lights or something else in order to see inside the unit even at dusk it's not easy to see inside, but I do believe that they offer unit with light for a extra price.
