I hardly write reviews but this aggravated me.. Whoever answered doesn't care to answer questions. If you care about animals maybe act like it over the phone. You work at a vet. I didn't even make an appointment because of how short the receptionist was. I was on hold and then talked to her maybe 45 seconds and already knew I wasn't going to go there.

They don't accept walk ins? If they've never seen any of your pets before the refuse care. They had an empty parking lot when I pulled up and turned me and my injured dog away.

Was a good vet at one time. Turned over staff, ruined animal care, over sedating large dog for routine visit then kicked out for missing appts. A shame because Dr. was the best in the business.

WAS a loyal customer. They hired a new person who told me the wrong information more then once. Went to different vet to try to get medicine for my dog on time, since crossroads wasnt able to, they don't carry the medicine crossroads recommended so he had diharria. Decided to give crossroads another chance and they told me they will no longer see any of my pets. Just trying to do what is best for my fur baby and be told the correct information. They're only open half of the week anyways, and was closed for 5 days straight recently . Ill be glad to take my business, 4 dogs that go to the vet on a regular basis, somewhere else. Only hurting themselves.
