I thought the staff were very nice. Their internet was down and a woman ahead of me was very rude to one of the staff. I made sure to be extra sweet to her as she deserved it. Clean store and a typical UPS store :)

Personally I found the unmasked male clerk, who was constantly wiping his snotty nose too disgusting to stay. All 4 other female employees were properly masked. This guy was new and asked another employee to come over close numerous times to show him how to do something. I could be no part of this disgusting situation. Idiots that think their s*** doesn't stink! Over abundance of ignorance in Brunswick county.

This is a basic UPS store. Offers shipping, mail and box receiving. The store is in a great location, with easy access. The employees are helpful and friendly. The mgt, female owner, on the other hand is more worried about getting your dollar than providing friendly customer service. It's a shame as that is what they have to offer. They are not the only game in town.

I was so happy to see a UPS store open in Southport and even happier with the customer service! Kate was extremely helpful with a very specific print job I needed and anytime I need something shipped it's always a breeze. Highly recommend!!

Be aware that the new UPS store in Southport sells USPS stamps at $.55 and will ship your packages through USPS at a 10% markup! Also when measuring boxes for shipping your treasures across the country, inches are routinely added as an outside measurement to increase costs and often, if the correct box is out of stock, a larger one at a higher cost will be used and padded with peanuts at your expense! Convenient but expensive!!
