Manager on site was great. The company is almost worthless. I reserved a large SUV with seating for 7 and called enterprise to confirm vehicle would be there. I was assured over the phone by a lady that said vehicle was ready and at the location. Show up to get my rental and the vehicle I requested not only wasn't there but they couldn't get one from another location brought to them. I went from a Large SUV with seating for 7 to a Hyundai with barely seating for 5 and hardly any trunk space. Absolutely misled and lied to by the company would give zero stars for Enterprise and 5 for the manger at the store. He is doing a great job but seems to have zero corporate support... Unless corporate policy is just to flat out lie to people and let store managers handle complaints. If that is the case, Enterprise is doing their job.
