Had an awful experience. First room had cockroaches walking around on walls, so I went to the front desk to get a new room. I’ve booked this motel for 3 nights. Friday to Monday. The motel manager stated he was going to issue 1 night refund after we stating there was bugs and the fire alarm was going off at 7am. After the manager said he would give us a refund for 1 night (Sunday until Monday) so w checked out at 8 am. We checked out and gave them the keys. I called them to see where they were they at with the credit and stated there was no notes of this. They can pull up the cameras of us checking out. If this was the case we would had stayed until Monday but instead we was lied too.

Good place to stay, reasonable, small and sufficient, 2 twin beds, washroom and necessities, gym and dine all were neat clean and quiet environment. Room was warm and clean sheets. There is a gas station and Hardee’s just opposite in need.

If I could give negative stars I would. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. Firstly I had a reservation made on the choice hotel app for 10/3-10/5. I attempted to make numerous calls while at work to let them know I could not check in on 10/3, but would be there first thing 10/4 to check in (I am a night shift travel RN). Everytime I called someone would answer but never say anything it seemed like they would just sit the phone down and I would hear muffled talking in the background. No please can you hold nothing. It appears they charged my card for the first night at around 11pm and then subsequently canceled my reservation. When I show up to check in the clerk is having trouble finding my reservation he makes me pay for night two separate as Ive already been charged. Since this transaction was not made online the cost for the day is now $20 more than my original reservation. My card supposedly didn't go through the first time so he runs a second time and finally gets me a key to my room. When I arrive to the room the door is wide open, clean linen on the floor in a bag, stink bugs everywhere from the door being open. I am so exhausted at this point I close the linen out of the room and go to sleep. A few hours later I get a knock and staff are charging into my room (while I am dead asleep and not dressed) going on that the guy gave me the wrong room, I shouldn't have moved the linens and my card didn't go through I need to get dressed and come down NOW and pay. My heart was beating out of my chest and I was traumatized at this point. I finally calm down and go back to sleep. Now they are harassing me via room phone telling me to come pay. I tell them I am sleeping I have to go back to work tonight I will come down later. They demand a time so I finally say 2pm. I go down at 2pm to pay and the clerk tells me I owe an even higher amount than what the man had stated and I had "paid" a few hours earlier. Now I'm livid and cannot fall back asleep before work. I payed nearly $50 more than what I was supposed to for the room because my initial reservation was cancelled and could not even sleep between shifts due to privacy violation and harrassment. I finally say f this take my shower and just leave. Now at work I see my card was charged both times the man ran it and the third time at 2pm. I was harassed numerous times and violated for absolutely nothing as I had paid not once but f*ing twice before they came barging in my room. As a sexual assault survivor this was a terrifying encounter. I will be calling corporate, reporting your establishment to local news and finding out if any legal action can be taken against you. Anything I can to make sure you never do this to another soul again.

This place is not the place to go. I been here twice for work and it always has things wrong with the room. Last time I was here someone broke into our hotel room. And then this time my bathroom door doesn't shut and the shower is clogged

The room was very clean, and the service was amazing! There was a little mix up with my booking, the lady was very helpful ,and everything worked out. Breakfast was good! I would definitely visit them again.

Room filthy. Walls have schmootz on them. Carpets dirty and frayed. Mattress springy and cheap. Breakfast bar empty, rude housekeeping and kitchen staff had to be told to cook more food. She did it with an attitude and didn’t apologize. Left the utensil container empty and didn’t restock cups. Absolutely unacceptable even for a motel out in the middle of nowhere. Cleanliness is a basic expectation! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Will never stay here again.

Stains on bed skirts and headboards, rooms were Grungy and gross. Management was horrible, a Indu guy was so angry and in bad mood because I asked for something. I can’t recommend this place to not body!! I booked one night for $75 they changed me $90 plus 50 dollar deposit. Very stressful and scared experience with that person!

The bathroom had no mat. They changed 50 dollars for two towels and a bath mat that they claim we took when there wasn't one in the bathroom the phone in the room didn't work that was messed up. Clean the room before we left so they had to make up something to make it where they can keep your $50 that was supposed to be given.The breakfast was the best part of the stay and the location has a lot of stores near by to go to. Over all I will not be going to this hotel again. So I can't recommend staying at the hotelRooms: Didn't have a bath mat but we change you for wat they already don't have in the room.Food & drinks: Was really good

Hotel was ok but if you want nice breakfast in the morning think twice for this hotel...There was a cereal but NO MILK, there was a mini bagel but NO CREAM CHEESE, there was a coffee but NO TEA...NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BREAKFAST...

Stayed for 5 nights. Room was clean. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was very clean. Overall very nice place for the price.Rooms: Room was a normal room. King size bed. Very cozy bed

Well if you were ever near Stem,North Carolina, this is a nicely redone hotel. Room 125 was clean was comfortable beds and linens. Did still have carpet but it was clean. Coffee maker micro and refrigerator. And a nice selection at breakfast. TY for restful evening!

It was very clean. Definitely needs an up date. The toilet is the size and height for a toddler so get your squat work outs in before staying here. The bed wasn't the worst, you still will have a bar stabbing you in the back. The pillows are more like throw pillows but not paper thin. There is a high chance of stubbing your pinky toe in the middle of the night as well as since it's a tight squeeze between the bed and the dresser.
