I had Prime Time come to my house for a basic detailing and I am very happy with the service. The detailer (Keith) was very nice and thorough and my SUV looks amazing inside and out. All the dog hair--gone. All the spills and gooey stuff from lugging a toddler around--gone. Looks brand new inside. The car looks great outside, too--as if it got a fresh coat of shiny paint. I will definitely book this service again in the future.

I was threatened by this company with my original review so I am going to edit it by saying the manager and office rep are incredibly unkind and threatened slander when I originally complained about pricing. They are aggressive and unfriendly. Just don't.

I received the paint correction and ceramic coating. Car looks better than new! Lamar was amazing. He wanted to first inspect my car before we started any work. I greatly appreciate that.

Outstanding job thoroughly cleaning the interior of our car after it was recovered from a theft. We live in rural Granville County and were pleasantly surprised to find they would come to us.

We used prime time for the first time this week. They were recommended by a work colleague. They sent Clifton who we really enjoyed meeting. He is an expert on cars of all types and appears to love detailing cars. He did the best job I have ever had on my two cars. One car is a 2008 Lexus and the other is a 2015 Honda. When he was finished, they both looked like they were coming out of the show room. There was no detail that was too small for him to attend to. Considering the quality of the work and how complete Clifton was, their prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them for all of my detailing needs. Kudos to Clifton!

Damion did an excellent job detailing my car's interior and exterior, making sure to cover every nook and cranny. He was courteous and communicated diligently before and during the appointment. I also had a great experience with the office staff when I had to change the location of my service after booking - the lady who helped me was polite and sent me an email immediately confirming the change. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews here - I've used this service multiple times now and will definitely call them again for my next detailing.

I hate go on here and do this but i feel obligated to share my unfortunate experience dealing with Prime Time Mobile Detailing. Quick spoiler alert, I did not even give them the opportunity to come wash my car so i honestly don't know how well the finished service would've turned out. Now that being said, i found them online via google search, gave them a call around 9am when they opened, spoke to the receptionist lady who was very nice and pleasant to speak with. I was even able to book a same day appointment for later that afternoon. No issue so far. They gave me a window between 1pm and 3pm so i booked it in hopes to get my car looking fresh and brand new. The pricing was fair, nothing to brag about but was just happy i can get some same day service. Now here is where the issues came in to play. It's now 3:30pm, getting dark outside and nobody ever showed up or gave me call to update me. Now I'm furious as i pretty much wasted a few hours of my afternoon waiting around for no reason what so ever. So i decide to call them, the lady answers, i ask what happened to my scheduled service, she then proceeds to tell me that the service technicians had issues with their equipment on the job they had prior to mine. Now i understand things happen that are out of your control, but the issue is nobody ever called me to inform me. This lack of communication is what ultimately landed this 2 star review for this company as a simple phone call explaining the situation could've avoided all of this. So after speaking with the receptionist lady, she offered a solution for service to be scheduled for the next day and even offered me a discount due to the inconvenience. I now have doubts due to the lack of communication and time wasted that i don't want to put myself in the situation to get my time wasted again. I politely declined but i was able to respectfully get my point across and really hope they can learn from this simple mistake and do better to the next customer. But unfortunately, I'm taking my money elsewhere.

They advertise RV cleaning. Called Aug.22nd and started talking to a lady about cleaning my RV, she interrupted me and said she would call me in about an hour, never did. Called again on Aug.30th and the lady said to schedule online, went online and requested a RV cleaning and gave them a choice of 3 different days. NO RESPONSE, nothing, not even a call back or an email. Terrible customer service.

I used this company three times. The first time I used the cheapest basic package and was happy with the results. The second and third time I upgraded to the Prime Time package. Total waste of money. The additional features they claim are done are either not done or done so poorly that they do not have any effect. I paid for paint scratch removal and NONE of the very light scratches were removed. When I spoke to them about this, the woman on the phone was rude and accusatory. She then asked that I send pictures of the scratches. I sent fourteen pictures. She responded by saying that five of the pictures showed scratches that could not be fixed. Did not mention anything about the other eleven. They offered no discount either on the service or on any future service. She said a manager would come out and look but only to tell me why the scratches couldn't be fixed, not to offer anything else. I declined because making time to meet with a manager who would tell me what the lady told me over text was pointless. I took the car to a dealership store and they removed many of the scratches within a couple hours. Overall, terrible customer service and too expensive for what you are getting. If you aren't happy they do not care and have no policy to do anything, other than have a manager come and tell you why they can't do anything about it. The guarantee on their page is not accurate and you will not get any money back or discount if you are unhappy with the job.

Awesome job!! After the service they had a 14 year old family Toyota Highlander looking like new. Detailing was a gift to our daughter - The Big Time Detail. She was so impressed that she and her husband drove it on a weekend outing. Sharp looking vehicle.
