What a great and friendly place. If I had choice of where to breakdown away from home again, I would hope it's here. They were so great to squeeze us in first thing so we could quickly and safely get back on the road and head home.
And sitting there listening to the GM talking to other customers, for all you locals, I would definitely do business there. Very friendly and personable with his local customers.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work, professionalism of the staff and the prompt turnaround. I have been taking my car there for some years now. I have never been unhappy when I left there. They always go the extra mile which is impressive these days. Thank you Choice!

I purchased an older van for traveling purposes and took it to Choice for an inspection. I knew it needed some work, but they found some important items that really needed attention BEFORE I took the van on the road. Thanks to Wade and his team! We're taking the van on our maiden voyage in a few weeks. Can't wait!

Me and my son took his truck to Choice Automotives and they helped fix EVERY issue. We had taken it to sevral other auto shops and they had not been able to fix it. Thank you for your professional work and AMAZING Customer Service!!

Got A/C belts fixed at this place just for it to snap again in less than a week (had to delay showing up due to everyone getting the flu) we were told to bring it in today so they can see what happened and suddenly there’s an issue with the compressor that for some reason wasn’t checked when they put the belt on the last time after they “fixed” it. We told them we do not want to shell out that money and to just leave it as is and we’ll come pick it up. Suddenly there’s a $150 diagnostic charge out of no where that was not communicated when the car was dropped off. We were told to just bring it in so they can see what went wrong with the belt that THEY put on. When we didn’t want to pay to fix the compressor they call back Saying we need to pay them a diagnostic fee when the parts broken are still under their warranty. If we needed to pay anything it should have been communicated prior to us leaving our car with these people. They only wanted a diagnostic fee just because we said no to the extra work needed. They ended the call and called back more than 15 minutes later to suddenly say we have a $150 we need to pay to these people. Ridiculous.
This place is garbage and they’re going to run you around if you don’t want to shell out thousands to fix something that wasn’t an issue prior to the vehicle being brought in the first time. And if it was an issue they should have said something rather than do a half job of putting a belt on and not checking everything else that runs through that system as a whole when they did the diagnostic before and after. They’re condescending over the phone and extremely rude. Will never use this mechanic again.
The employee at the front desk sneered and threw the keys at my husband and said “You better thank me for paying your fee” He is absolutely not a good person. A horrible person to work with people in the public. He should be fired.
Got to talk to the owner and he was very apologetic for his employee’s lack of customer service skills and lack of communication on his part. The owner isn’t the issue but I do know that people like who was working at the front desk do not need to be working in customer service. He literally threw the keys at my husband across the table with a horrible attitude and smack talked about the diagnostic fee we refused to pay due to lack of communication on HIS part. He didn’t do his job fully and is mad about the consequences.

I made an appointment on Saturday for a diagnostic. They told me that it would be $104 for the diagnostic. I asked them if they work on plug in hybrids and they told me yes. I came in today and dropped off the car. I tried to show the error codes to show what we’ve been dealing with. I told them when we switch the car from electric to full on hybrid mode it starts to make a sound. This seems to be where the miscommunication started. They told me the work was done. We tried to take it back home and that’s where the problems began. We didn’t make it to the gas station that’s less than a quarter mile away before it started having issues again. We brought the car back and they started by saying we didn’t give them enough info. Again the only reason I brought it to choice Auto was because they said they could work on it. An hour or so later they called us back saying that there was nothing they could do and fair. The only reason I’m writing this is because I specifically asked before we even brought it in about whether or not they could work on it. Just for them to tell me after taking $580 that they can’t fix the issue and we’re gonna need a tow. I really didn’t want to write this, but as someone ,who doesn’t know cars and who had tried to describe my issue/issues as best as I could, I felt that it was hard to listen to their dismissive blame shifting. We thought we found a place to work on our car within the distance it would run and we were misled by a constant stream of miscommunication.

Everytime I stop in to explain my car issues seems like they don't want the work. My parents spend a lot of money with these ppl I just don't get it.
And just with that reply I'll never take any of my vehicles here. Definitely will NEVER recommend them

Best place around locally for muffler and exhaust repair! He only does this type of work on Thursdays so there was a little bit of a wait to get parts in and get us on the schedule but wow… it was worth it! My husband needed a whole new exhaust system, including a catalytic converter, after his Dodge Ram was rear ended in a high speed hit and run. Insurance took care of it and we are so happy with the work they did here, the truck sounds and drives incredible now! Thank you!!
