“Having worked with multiple car brands over my lifetime, Toyota hilariously enough has always been the worst to deal with. The double edge sword Toyota wields is that customers want the reliability and value, but Toyota dealerships tend to know this and put very little effort in treating a customer well or carry any true knowledge about the vehicle. In comparison, I can discuss deep technical subjects with the sales people at Audi for an Audi, I can discuss the LR Defender with a South African whose driven them for 30 years at LR of Charlotte, but that's not the case for most Toyota dealerships and their staff. Most Toyota dealerships suck, flat out, especially Hendrick.
That being said, Hellen was fantastic (she is super adorable) and Anthony was helpful and gave incredibly sincere advice when looking at 2024 LC's. Not only that, every single salesman there would step in and help for literally any reason. It was great. Although I live too far away to support them with my maintenance, and future purchases will go through them.”
