“I’m going to start this review by saying I drove 2 hours to Outlaw Offroad Charlotte to have the gears in my Jeep Gladiator done (so 4 hours there and back). But if that doesn’t answer if you should use them I will continue. I work in the automotive industry and am very particular about my Gladiator, in fact I do 90% of the work on it myself. But gears are one of those things that aren’t just mechanical work, “it’s an art” in the words of some other shops. And I could not be more happy with how well and smooth everything operates now. Outlaw did a fantastic job from Wes talking me through what I should go with, setting up the appointment, and the work itself. Not to mention their pricing for front and rear gears was excellent which tells me they are very confident in the job they do and are not worried about me coming back with issues. I can not thank the outlaw team enough for the job they did and the experience they gave me even being 2 hours away. If there is ever something else I need done to my gladiator that I am not comfortable doing, Outlaw Offroad-Charlotte will be the ones to do it.”

“I brought my truck to Caliber in Lake Wylie. I was rear ended and their insurance company (Progressive) uses Caliber. My truck was done a day early. Body work was great. They did not put the correct lettering on the tailgate. As I’m writing this I got a call that the correct lettering is ordered and should be about a few days to get and then I will have to bring it in. Originally it was black lettering inset. Now it is a silver decal that protrudes out. You can peel it off. My guess is it is aftermarket and not a Chevrolet product. I wanted it back to factory to retain the trucks value.”

“Came for a battery installation and manager Rolando swapped it out no problem, he quickly noticed I had no antifreeze, stating that my car will soon overheat if I didn't fill it, he said it's against policy to touch any fluids but was more than happy to explain the difference in coolant and made sure I had a funnel and also advising me that I understood that the car has to be cooled down, these are the people who go above and beyond to give good customer service that takes care of the people. Please give this young man a raise before someone soon notices his talent and appreciation for customer service in general.”
