I had zero intention of buying anything, but the shop had such lovely clothing and jewelry, I dropped $400 there! The two people who helped us were amazing. They were so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go digging in the back room for different sizes! They gave real input on what looked good or didn’t! I feel like I’m so fond of them after our time together! Everything in the shop was beautiful. I highly recommend stopping in and looking around!

I love this place so much! I happened upon it exploring Corolla’s charming historic village and I’m so glad I did! This is not your typical touristy souvenir shop. The owners, Karen and John, are lifelong residents of the Outer Banks and they are A RIOT. I loved talking to them and I LOVED every item in their shop. So much that this is the third time in three days I visited them. Go there for the adorable clothing and eclectic decor, and stay awhile to enjoy conversation with the delightful shopkeepers!

Great little local shop in the village, run by great ladies. We bought a couple of pairs of earrings and my daughter wore her new ones out, leaving her own there by accident. She noticed once we were back at our house. We were leaving for home the next day. I called the shop and spoke to Karen, who looked for them and called me back to let me know. She also said she'd mail them to my home so we didn't have to drive all the way back to Corolla on our checkout day. My daughter's earrings showed up this week! Thanx Karen

Great store, we bought jewelry and number tiles in a frame for a house, and the owners were just lovely people - I had left the earrings I wore into the store there, and when I came back for them after calling, John had put them in a pretty pouch for me, thanks, John!

A wonderful store that my wife and I visited recently during an Outer Banks trip from NYC. The staff here is friendly and go out of their way to help the customers. Case in point: Our 3-year-old niece was so happy to have found a piece of sea glass on the beach. She loved it. However, she dropped it and it shattered, leaving her heartbroken. Seeing some children's jewelry on display at Spry Creek, my wife explained the situation and asked if by any chance they had any sea glass to incorporate into a necklace for our niece. The woman said that they did and then took tools out of her bag and began fashioning a special necklace for her right there! The niece loved it and we are forever grateful!

It’s a beautiful shop. The woman who owns it is as sweet as can be. I went there last year to pick up a necklace and I absolutely love it, so I had to come back this year to get another one. The stuff in this shop is super high quality and I would definitely recommend checking it out if you get the chance. You won’t be disappointed.
