CJ literally SAVED us lastnight! We were stuck behind the dunes bc of high tide and the flooding was so bad we couldn't get through. CJ assured us if we followed him he would get us to our house. We would have been staying in our jeeps that night if it wasn't for him. We cannot thank him enough for his kindness! :)

CJ was an angel sent to us tonight. Stuck on the other side of Corolla Beach, he pulls up to us and guides us all the way home to our beach house! Flooding was unbelievable and we thank Chase Jr tremendously =A+ number 1 young guy and the help he gave was beyond words appreciated!

Chase was quick to respond, polite, professional and very helpful with getting my truck over the dunes and to our house during storm conditions. He took extra time and showed me the best and safest route to go to avoid getting stuck. I would recommend him to everyone I know who needs help!

We locked our key in our truck at the food lion (battery died on the key). My husband was searching places close so we didn’t have to wait 2 hours for road side because we literally just bought 20lbs of fish from the seafood market that was locked in there. (ace hardware, fire station, or police station didn’t have anything/couldn’t help us) He called Chase, who was very polite, & said I’m actually 5 minutes away heading that way I’ll be right there. And he was super quick. Hopped out and right away shoved a book in my husband’s hands to sign. Then I asked the cost $350!!!!! We have a wedge unlock kit at home but we live 12 hours away & that didn’t even cost us $20!
We said absolutely not, handed him his book he was pushing my husband to sign before barely saying hi & he jumped in his van & left. We honestly thought it would be $150 at most & we’re willing to pay that solely for convenience & our fish not to go bad. He said he would give us a deal if we handed him cash but we didn’t have cash & we were totally on 2 different wave lengths.
While standing out there trying to figure out next steps we saw a worker to a random business step out of a work vehicle & asked if they had any recommendations or know where we could buy a lock out kit. & they confirmed our feelings by stating Chase is always up to his ways & over charging desperate people. They were even mind blown at the cost & called someone they knew to ask their suggestion and the person on the phone even stated. “chase is back to his ways”… if your in a desperate situation that needs help quick I would recommend calling but expect to be over charged big time!

Chase was great! Our caliber cover slipped and was making a horrible creaking noise. Chase was kind, efficient, and professional. He had the covers off and the tires back on very quickly.

Chase was wonderful! We rented (what we were told) was an AWD vehicle. We quickly found out that it was 2 wheel when we got stuck in the sand and needed to be towed. Chase was kind and informative. He went out of his way to document everything as to help us get reimbursed by the rental company. Great guy!

Can't thank these gentlemen enough for their quick actions. I'm from West Virginia and my boyfriend and I decided beach driving would be fun until the truck overheated and blew the antifreeze cap off. Not even 5minutes sitting and they were there to help. They helped us understand the tire pressure rule and got us going again. Highly recommend these folks for sure.

I can’t thank CJ enough for coming to our rescue! While at the air up station on a Sunday check-out day, our tire valve stem busted and air kept rushing out of the tire. CJ was there within 20 minutes of our call and was willing to not only deal with an EV SUV but took our tire back to the shop and repaired the tire valve stem so we didn’t have to limp home to DC on a spare tire. Amazing family-run business and we are so grateful to them ❤️

Me and my friend got stranded 4 miles North up the beach and we were attempting to hitchhike back, North beach recovery was nice enough to give us a ride back to the road access. Super friendly guy, we really appreciate the transportation, 5 stars highly recommend!!!

Chase helped me get my jeep out of the sand at 8:40pm, we thought we were stranded and had no idea what to do. He approached us and helped quickly without expecting anything. The best person I have come across while in OBX!
