Book Stores in Corolla, NC

“I was surprised and delighted to find so many good books in this quaint local bookstore in the middle of a bustling tourist attraction. I made a day trip from Nags Head to Duck and Corolla, and spotted this bookstore. To my amazement, it had lots of recent and current best sellers as well as historical and classic reads.

I was most excited about a book on the Romanovs and Russian (Bolshevik) Revolution, as I had just finished another book on the Romanovs two days before. They had all of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novels and the cover of Tender is the Night that I’ve been searching for. I grabbed a couple Greek mythology books, Arabian Nights, and The Yellow Wallpaper as well. There were a couple other books I wish I’d bought.

They also have cute cat/book totes in case you can’t carry all the books you buy.

The whole family picks a new book, and I grab a few cute canvas totes they always have that are literature themed. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.”
