Worst customer service from the branch manager ever. The newer teller, was great! Needed to change my last name, contacted branch in advance and was advised if I had my new drivers license with updated name, that’s all I’d need. I don’t live near a branch- it’s not convenient to me to come to a branch. I had to take a day off work to have this awful interaction where this branch manager after a lot of waiting and hohumming/dealing with the service manager etc, comes along and says I’d need to provide my marriage cert….but that I could email it- So I pulled it up on my phone and she said that wasn’t good enough she needed the original. I’m confused. How do you want me to email the original? An electronic copy is an electronic copy whether I scan and email or fax or email off my phone (which btw, I specifically asked to do in advance and was told no no must come in person with DL), ITS THE SAME THING. She refused to update my name and told me to go deposit the check with a name not matching my bank accounts at the ATM. Also, WF already has a copy of my marriage certificate so there is no reason she should need another; it’s not my fault as a customer WF depts don’t share information.

Went through drive through to cash $50.00 check for mom…sent check & driver’s license, she asked me to sign back of check & send an alternate ID…then told I would have to come inside…went inside, wait 10 minutes…policies change w/person…have cashed more than one check thru drive thru …customer service people…this person didn’t feel it and definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank nor branch! Mom’s accounts will be closed ASAP to a more customer friendly AND less corporate! Maybe if you had more checks & balances on your employees, embezzlement wouldn’t be in the news everyday!! I just love this branch. Sarah Rhodes really goes above and beyond every time I come in there. Taking a lot of time out of her day to help me with multiple issues that I’ve had. Everyone there is super polite and helpful and kind.

Miserable customer service. They declined to open a business account unless all members were in same room at same time - the 3 others live in other cities.After I indicated I would move all ofmy other accounts from Wells, bank Manager, Sarah, said there was a time consuming "manual process," which would take an hour and a half to set up. The regional manager Rene was no help. I returned to Wells and got my money out. They could not have cared less.I moved my account across the street to Chase, who opened a personal account, then began my business account setup, and said, correctly, that the "member not present" forms were easily obtainable by my partners at any Chase branch. 10 minutes tops, no "appointment" required, no notary needed, they stayed after 5 PM to help me out.I left Wells after 40 years today. It feels like a good decision, they don't care for their customers.

The manager was rude. Did not inform me that they were "short staffed" and my wire was not approved in time. Wells Fargo is literally falling a part. Will be closing all my accounts and taking my money to a better bank that is centered on customer satisfaction.

I will be ending our 30+ year banking relationship with Wells Fargo not because of the ongoing controversy brought about by the creation of millions of fraudulent savings and checking accounts on behalf of Wells Fargo clients without their consent, or because of the pending civil and criminal suits, but because of the arrogant and condescending attitude displayed by banker Patricia Scherer (Jetton Road - Cornelius, NC)

Went to this location to deposit a payroll check . Check was post dated for the 13th and I entered the branch on the 12th was told by young unexperienced giggly girls at the counter they couldn’t accept the check due to date . Researched state and federal laws stating that a post dated check can be received by a branch to be processed for the next day . Opened Wells Fargo app and deposited check on app and was accepted by Wells Fargo .. very unhappy with the false information provided to me and terrible service at this location . Would not recommend coming into this branch

Although they have had a few national problems this location reaffirms my belief in wells. The manager is great, Jeremy is super helpful and the tall blonde Woman named Teresa is an amazing lady, she always goes above and beyond!

Google maps and hours on their door say they close at 1pm Saturday but once you get there it's closed. Fix it.

Very rude. Jeremy was using he personal cell phone to text while trying to help me with my credit card issues. I had some problems with customer service in Mooresville. But Cornelius to. Just closed my account. Recommend finding another bank
