This post office Treats customers horribly. The male worker Seems to get a lot of enjoyment telling people who have waited in line that their packages are incorrect or not packed correctly. I watched him tell two elderly patrons that they had to get out of line and fix their packages and fill out a form and then get back in line and wait. He is extremely rude & seems to dislike his job & the customers. There is a way to inform customers of their mistakes you can do it in a nice way this guy that works there does not handle customers properly. The management at this location needs to pay attention and train their employees in better customer service skills.

Been coming here often for years and staff is always kind and just doing their best!
I can tell though that awful customers run them ragged with endlessly stupid questions and are never prepared with their packages or processes and want them to do it all for them or make everyone in line behind wait while they get it together! Dont be those people! If you need full service shipping go to ups! Lot of karens in the 1 star reviews

The brunette lady was very rude to me after I asked her if she could seal my box for me (I thought they do that since UPS always does it for me). Her reply was, "this is a shipping company not a packaging company" and handed me scissors and almost done tape & told me to go to the end of the counter to do it. Obviously I know where I came to to have my box shipped, but I won't be returning back due to the bad customer service. There is a way to kindly speak to customers and that was just ugly.

During christmas 2023, i ordered my sister a bunch of makeup as her present. since i was “late” on checking the mail this mailwoman returned it all the way to the sender. keep it mind my mailbox is right behind my house so on her way out all she had to do was drop it off.

The customer service here is a joke!!!! I don’t need to be educated in how to return a package like I’m a child. If you can’t seal it with tape then apologize and explain why and acknowledge that I now need make this trip another day to return this. Such a sad state of affairs and reminds me why I avoid USPS whenever possible.

The tall man at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE! I politely asked the female worker at the front if I could borrow tape to finish packing my return, which was allowed in the past. The male worker interrupted our conversation and started yelling at how I should've came with everything already taped, ready to go, and how they do not allow us to use tape anymore . There was only myself and another customer currently in the store, so there was no need to yell. I then stated to him that I was unaware of this new rule which he then interrupted me again and began talking to me in a condescending manner. I tried to end the conversation and said I'll just come back (knowing I wouldn't). He then proceeded with his nasty attitude so I just walked out. Based on previous reviews, I see other customers dealt with his nasty attitude as well, which I'm sure was unwarranted. I ended up going to UPS down the street where they packaged my returns, with a smile, and had an amazing attitude. I will never return to this USPS! No wonder this place has a bad rating!
