Great place to take the Kiddos so you can relax they even had the football game on. The massage chairs are awesome 20.00 for an hour. When you need a break from the kids and don't have a sitter this is the place lol.

This was a really fun place… they have so many more attractions then just the trampoline park. You can pay different prices for the different attractions. They come in packages. I had kids from ages 13-3 and they all really enjoyed it. I recommend to just buy the ultimate package. The only things it’s doesn’t include is the bumper carts and video thing. (I’m not sure of the real name) They did recommend getting my 3yr the under 5 ticket, which is only 11.99, however that limited him to very little and he is a older 3 year old then most. Fun place, and we will be back!

My son had a great time. There is plenty to do. Some of the attractions require you to pay for the more expensive ticket, which isn't priced too high. The things I didn't care for were the seating. It was very uncomfortable if you wanted to be comfortable, you had to pay for the massage chairs. Also, where the seating was didn't really allow you to be able to see your children. It's a good drive from my home, so we probably won't go to this location again unless someone is having an event.

Normally my kids and I love this place. Today during our visits out $16 in drinks were tossed in a trashcan by and associate. No biggie. Just replace them. This waa not what happened. Highly disappointed today.

I had the worst experience there. The Supervisor was absolutelydisgusting. She would not give me here name but she was caucasian lady with shoulder length white or gray hair. My daughter and niece left out the doors crying because how we were treated by her. I'm currently a member and have been there many times and also had my daughter birthday there. I have warned my neighbors and friends not to go there. That business don't deserve are money. I wanted to cancel my membership on the spot and she would not do it. Maybe she is rascist maybe she don't like black people because she treated us like we were inhuman.

Loved Urban Air, it was much more than I expected!! There's a variety of things for kids to do there from jumping to rock climbing, bumper cars and MORE!! It's a Little bit costly but if you make a whole day of it, it's definitely worth the money. Security and Adult Supervision is the main issue I had as I like to know just for peace of mind that my child is safe wherever we are. At urban air you can just walk in and out of the building with no questions asked. I think they should definitely step up their Security for our kids!!

The Cornelius location is so poorly managed. The phone is never answered. The one time I got through I was told to call the corporate office. The local employee who did answer was rude and insulting. Parents be extremely cautious if you attempt to buy a pass online. The system is set up to deceive you into signing up for an annual pass. If you do happen to make the mistake you will not find a sympathetic ear. Finally when you are able to cancel you won't be able to reach anyone to fulfill your request. This is another poorly run business hiding behind a greedy corporate franchise.

Hi PaysonC, my original review was removed by the moderators so I'm posting the updated review again, hopefully it won't get flagged again. Can you please share with me the email address to reach out to again? We go to this Urban Air location may be 2-3 times a year. It's always crowded but the kids always have a great time there. But my impression changed vastly after what happened there yesterday. I feel compelled to write this and let the Cornelius folks and the UA upper management know. I'm not writing this for your free passes because I highly doubt if I will ever build the courage to go back there again in my life!It was the last day before school year begins, we thought it would be fun if we took our son and his two other elementary school friends to have a good day at Urban Air, Cornelius location. The dodgeball game area started getting a little too intense after few games, the middle schoolers on the other side of the game started cursing at our boys playing against them, I never heard such bad words from little kids like that. I let the employee on the area know that this is not cool, he tried to kick the gang of 7/8 middle schoolers out of the dodge ball area, mind you not from the premises. The kids totally ignored him and continued playing, no action was taken. So I told our boys to go play in another area, in the free style trampoline area where our three boys were playing comes the gang of same boys again and out of nowhere started hitting one of our boys. Thank god for another mom and me together we were able to push the boys away from one of son's friend, physically block him from getting hit and take him out of the area. I'm a 5 ft tall petite women and my son and his two friends are 4th graders against these gang of 7, 13 year olds. I had to take my three boys under my shoulder and protected them from the gang for 1-2 and walked out of the area. Not a single employee, security no one was there to protect us still!!! The walk from the trampoline area back to the door to get out from felt like a mile long, the boys were still following us and I was trying to keep my son and his friends calm & safe. No authority was ever prompted , no security ever came to save us. We had to sneak and run out of there!!!!When I looked around for help all the employees working there were 15-20 year old kids. What mature decision could they possibly have made if I asked them and by the time I find them and talked to them one of my boys would have been punched again already. Safety was utmost important for me at that time. If those boys were kicked out from the premises while the cursing had already begun, this would not have happened.Urban Air is supposed to be a safe, fun place for kids. What I witnessed there yesterday was far far away from it!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My son bought his ticket and he accidentally clicked the membership, which by the way they make very easy to overlook on their form. When I went to the manager and told him it was an accident he told me it wouldn't be a problem to cancel because it was an accident. I just had to fill out the form online and they would go ahead and cancel the membership. I spent almost 7 weeks trying to get this resolved. I wrote them 4 emails. They wrote me back 1 time, 6 days after I sent them the online form. Never heard from them again until today, almost 6 weeks later. They finally wrote back and told me that they don't normally cancel memberships, but that they'll go ahead and do me a favor IF I purchase a platinum ticket and a pair of socks. Which I already purchased the day that he bought the membership (the Mgr wrote platinum on the basic ticket because they were out of platinum) and I still had the ticket because he didn't use it that day. They're customer service is awful. And they basically tried to blackmail me into getting them to cancel the ACCIDENTAL membership. My son will not be using that ticket because he will not be stepping foot in this place. I'm so disgusted.UPDATE: THIS ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED IN ANYWAY! YOU EMAILED ME AGAIN ASKING FOR INFO I HAD ALREADY GIVEN YOU AND I SENT IT TO YOU AGAIN ONLY TO HAVE YOU TELL ME TO PURCHASE A TICKET AND SOCKS FOR A SECOND TIME AND YOU'LL CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP. YOU JUST TOOK ANOTHER PAYMENT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FORCING ME TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK AND I HAD TO CANCEL MY ATM CARD. YOURE AN AWFUL COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS.

This place has the rudest employees ever called several time to inquire about a lost item and nobody could tell us how or when they could try to retrieve lost items. Then I was told that they only look for lost items at the end of July and then they hung the phone as I was getting ready to ask when the manager would be in this coming week. Call back to ask again and they never answered the phone for the next 20-30 minute. Mind you I was calling before opening in hope that I could speak to someone. I would not recommend this place to any of my client that travel to the Charlotte area as I book travel and always looking for activities for my travelers.

I don't understand why when I'm standing in front of an employee at the location, they can't start a membership to their facility. I had to do it online on my device right in front of them. They still had to take her photo and add it to the account. Ridiculous. A deluxe membership is 10.99 plus 9.99 membership fee. Why the membership fee? I did all the work of everything the info.

We went today for our first time ever. My daughter had a blast. The staff was very nice and helpful. We went for a birthday party and they did a terrific job.

Sons 10th birthday party. Little pricey but still better than having it at home. Kids love it and they do a great job.

I cannot say enough positive about our experience here. Carrie and the other staff were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this location for birthday parties or just a fun outing. ??
