Awful experience here. I called letting them know i was running late for my appointment due to weird traffic on the route there and they were friendly about that. But when we arrived the consuktants seemed very irriated and bored. She gave us a tour of what dresses were what and made a statement about certain racks being too expenaive for me even though they were in my price range. Mg maid of honor and i picked out 3 dresses and had to search for our bridal consultant who was just sitting up front chatting with a colleague instead of helping us. They did not helo with getting dresses in or off and did not clip properly to help with the fit of the dresses. When out in the show room the consultant would just up and leave and we would have to seqrch for her again to go back to the dresses room. I mad etge decision to onky try on the 3 and be done due to not feeling welcome or comfortable being there. Their dresses are not size inclusive at all and not much of a variety of silhoettes. Mostly just fitted ones.

The best experience with wedding dress try on from start to finish. Our consultant was so enjoyable and patient. The designers they carry are spectacular. I found the perfect dress and cannot wait for its arrival. Everyone we had the pleasure of interacting with, including the owner, was beyond delightful.

I'm so happy I found Lily Rose. I had been to a few shops already, and I just wasn't finding anything with the right vibes. Thankfully, I made an appointment at Lily Rose and now I have my dress. Aryn was the best consultant ever! She was so patient and helpful. The boutique is bright and airy with large dressing rooms. Everything about the experience was low stress. Highly recommend!

The Lily Rose made finding the perfect dress an effortless experience! Their selection of dresses is unparalleled, and my consultant, Jennifer, was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. I was dealing with a tight schedule, and she was able to find me the perfect dress that will be ready in plenty of time. I highly recommend shopping for your dress at The Lily Rose.

Lily Rose was my third bridal boutique of the day. We made an appointment but accidentally came at the wrong time. They still fully accommodated us and were so nice and helpful. Our consultant was Jennifer and she was so sweet and helped me choose my dress. Overall a great experience.

I had such an amazing experience at Lily Rose. I had booked an appointment a couple weeks previously with my best friend and was helped by Heather. Heather made the experience so comfortable and fun for us. I didn’t know at that time that I have found my dream dress, until a week went by and I just couldn’t stop thinking about it. I called last minute for an appointment and the ladies were so welcoming. I quickly made my way there and tried on my dream dress one last time. I was helped by Jennifer and the owner of the boutique. When I say they really care about their clients, they truly do! They made sure my dress was in amazing condition since I was leaving with a dress on the rack. I truly want to say thank you again for making my wedding dress experience such an amazing one!

I had an appointment at Lilly Rose for my upcoming elopement in September. Casey, my sales associate, was extremely helpful and kind during my time there. I feel a bit like an unconventional bride with some odd requests but Casey took them all in stride. There was another attendant at the desk who made a recommendation about trying my hair down with a certain neckline and she was 1000% correct- I really appreciated her taking the time to give me the extra advice even though she wasn't my attendant.I went to another bridal boutique later in the day and it didn't hold a candle to this one. I feel like Lilly Rose had a variety of styles and they actually listened to what I wanted.While I didn't say yes to the dress that day, I will definitely be going back later this week to pick it up. Thank you so much for making this such a positive experience!

I had the best experience purchasing my wedding dress with Lily Rose Bridal. They made me feel so comfortable and the consultant, Kathryn, was so friendly and helpful!! They even checked in with the people who were doing my alterations to make sure my dress was everything I wanted!! They went above and beyond!! Just wanted to hop on and leave a review for the Lily Rose! Back in December I came in with one of my bridesmaids, and I said yes to a dress. A very simple white boho dress with a long train. I left it to make payments on the dress as I couldn't afford to pay it all then. They were even able to knock the price for me too! Fast forward two months, the more I think about it, the more I feel like my dress isn't me. I wanted ballgown, sparkle, beading. I wanted a Cinderella dress. So I called up the Lily Rose and ask hey can I possibly get a refund or put my money towards a different dress. They said unfortunately they can't give refunds but my dress hadn't left the store so I could put it towards a different dress! I was so thrilled and excited. So the second time I came back tried on so many dresses but ultimately I fell in love with a beautiful dress a hundred dollars cheaper than my original and it's beautiful. Thank you guys so much for everything! My dress is perfect!
