Applied here and did an interview last Tuesday. The owner told me to call her back after thanksgiving to follow up on the interview. She had already chosen someone for the position long before she responded back to me. Don’t you think you could of reach out to the potential employees letting them know they chosen someone else instead of wasting their time expecting a call back a week later?

Me and my toy poodle mulberry walked in today the shop today to see about getting her a haircut, when I walked in was greeted by who i presume to be the owner, and was told they do not and are not taking any new clients. Without even asking for future contact info or appointment options i was ushered toward the door and left. Disappointed after reading online this was supposed to be professional and greatly reviewed local groomer, I instead went to puppy luv on statesville road where i received great customer service, a great haircut for my poodle and a desire to return for future service. I wont attempt to schedule a appointment with this place again.

We had a great experience for our first time at Symmetry! Quick appt availability (next day), prompt response time for scheduling, and cut was exactly as requested. Attention to detail is top notch here. Will be recommending to others

Best experience ever for my two yellow labs. My 12 year old was so relaxed and happy not a nervous reck as usual when we took her to a larger groomer location before, her anxiety was off the charts but not at Symmetry Pet Grooming...she had a wonderful spa experience! When I went to pick up my labs, my 2 year old pup wanted to go back inside, she loved being there as well. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, everyone was so personable and professional and I could see their love for what they do!

Jenny is such a professional and we would not trust anyone else with our Standard Poodle, Lady. She always does a wonderful job and Lady loves her too!

I heard about Symmetry Pet Grooming from a Friend and I decided to get my two Himalayan cats groomed! I was happily greeted by Cassandra and Jenny, who assured me they would take great care of my kitties since it was their first time being professionally groomed! I couldn't be happier with the great customer service and beautiful grooming techniques. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends with pets!

I love this groomer! Jenny is the best. My aussie always looks great, whereas in the past I'd find she'd look silly and cut way too short when done by other groomers. Jenny is very talented at grooming and has an eye for symmetry. Also the dogs get more area to roam around in as opposed to being caged up. Very humane. Best in lake Norman!

Close, convenient and decent service. Second time we want our leash was given to someone else's dog but otherwise a decent experience.
