First off HARRY THE DRAGON looks so phenomenal and I have to say I live for the themed outfits. He stays strapped for every season and never misses. I commend the employees that put effort into his fire fits please never stop. The back to school promo goes so hard I almost bought a crayon set just because he was serving teacher core. He is the star and he is the moment. Hats off to Harry and Publix could never!

The entire staff at this Harris Teeter is GREAT ! They have the best pharmacist ever. When shopping the staff always say hi and call you by your name ! It is a treat shopping there. One great example is how good the employees are treated and how happy they are. Melvin

Everyone that works there is rude. They don't open the doors for like 30 minutes after they are suppose to. When there was a mask mandate half of the staff didn't even wear masks. I'm guessing it's just a result of lazy store management. I love harris teeter but this store is an embarrassment to the brand. This store is a last resort don't shop here.

I bought a sub sandwich here last night. I hadn't gotten one at H-T in years as I thought that Jersey Mike's was the best. Well, the roast beef was far better than Jersey Mike's, the bread was fresh, it was great! And half the price of Jersey Mike's. They now will have regular customer from now on.

I think it's beautiful here LOL so many negative reviews. All you need to do it go in to get what you need and walk out. The people that work there are so nice and always helpful when you ask for it. Love the convenience of being able to walk here and get Starbucks if I wanted. They keep everything nice and clean and that's all I could ask for.

Employees are usually huffing and puffing if they realize they need to help you. Pharmacy was great last time I used them but this time the tech was very rude. I live a few feet away from this store and will never go there. I prefer to drive 10-20 mins down the road as long as I can expect decent customer service.

This first time I ordered a sandwich from the deli and it had a NUTRITION LABEL inside of it, I brushed it off because mistakes happen. So now when I picked up my wrap and there was a hair and what looked like metal shavings of some kind on it, I feel the need to post this. The cleanliness of the deli area is a HUGE concern for sure.

Worst customer service. Especially at the CUSTOMER SERVICE counter. Proceeded to get a gift card 20 minutes before close and the woman was helping a man in front of me and while counting out his money she asks me what I needed. First of all, finish what you're doing with the person you're helping. Then she tells me in the middle of my response, come back in the morning we're closed up here. The store was open for more than 2 more hours and customer service which a man that works there claimed it closes at 10, she still had plenty of time to help with my simple request before she was suppose to close. Unbelievable! Not to mention they only have one or 2 registers open at all times, making the line extremely long. Won't be returning.

It's typically a nice clean store. Seems well stocked. Prices are average for a grocery store. Some bargains... Some higher priced items... You need to know your prices. The worst things about Harris Teeter are their service and checkouts. Both are subpar. Not on the same level as someone like Wegmans.

Stopped here after my son's basketball game (win in double overtime) for a Red Bull. The place is immaculately clean, and the the service is friendly, but the lines were long, and self-checkout was backed up because of a Question Person and a refill of receipt paper. After finally getting my Red Bull, I decided a quick stop in the restroom would be nice, but everything was occupied. I mean, who the hell uses the restroom in a supermarket? Is this a thing? I understand I was going to use the restroom, but I'm not one of those Supermarket Bathroom people. Anyway, it looks like the shelves are in order, the service is good, and there's a lot of food here and stuff. But if you have to pee, I recommend you do it behind the building.

This store is convenient and clean. Unfortunately some of the kids who run the cash registers have not been taught how to treat customers. I was there yesterday and the cashier did not speak to me when greeted or say thank you when taking my money. I got into line in a good mood and was angry after being checked out. Those are very basic communication skills. I've also had several instances where teenage boys actually appear to be resentful that they are having to check you out. I actually make an effort to check out with a human and stand in line so that cashiers have a job!

This Harris Teeter is super clean and friendly! Amanda was my cashier and she was sooo nice! She was friendly and kind and made my shopping experience that much better!!
