Last minute emergency in our Sprinter van; fridge went kaput. They were finally someone willing to work on an RV-type appliance. And it's been working beautifully ever since. Rick even took us to his home to use proper tools he didn't have when meeting us in a parking lot. So thankful for their help!!

OMG. I called in the early afternoon for a service call. Not only did they answer the phone, but they scheduled a service call for the same afternoon and showed up when they said they would.
