I've gone to these ladies for multiple reasons- resizing (up and down) rings passed down to me, buying new rings, cleanings, etc.. They are always timely, professional, and honest about prices, what can realistically be done while looking good, etc. Can't recommend them enough!

I cannot begin to express how amazing Jan and Christina are!! They are so much fun to work with. Instead of telling me what I wanted to hear and sell me something I would not be happy with down the road, Jan was straight forward and honest. She shared her years of experience with me to educate me so I could make an informed decision. She found an amazing and unique ring that I absolutely love!! Phoenix Jewelers is one of the best jewelers in the Lake Norman area. They helped me make some adjustments to my wedding ring. I bought my wife's engagement ring here. She gets compliments on it every day. It is truly one of a kind. The entire experience of buying the ring was amazing. I never at any point felt pressure to purchase anything. Jan and Christina are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.
